Don’t order from this Chick Fil A restaurant. If you must have a Chick Fil A choose another location. Ordered delivery this evening using Chick Fil A mobile app, for delivery. Estimated delivery time 17-34 minutes. Restaurant is 10 minutes away. After 1.5 hours and numerous updates to the tracker which continually added to the wait time, and texting with the delivery driver who says he was waiting for the food, The driver then questioned the delay with the restaurant who denied ever having the order. I then had a text from Chick Fil A cancelling the order - which is incredible since they just told the driver they never had an order from me (in spite of all the evidence I had placed the order).! “We are unable to fulfil your order at this time….”. My wife happened to be close by so drove to the restaurant and I gave her screenshots of order on my Chick Fil A account, plus screenshots of their tracker and updates. She went in and asked for the exact same thing which they served without an issue… even though their cancellation text just minutes earlier cancelled the online order as they “could not fulfil it”. She challenged them and they claim the fault was with Door Dash as I had ordered with them… completely untrue as screenshots show. They offered one free cookie as recompense- derisory! My cold waited until after 9:00pm for her supper, almost 2 hours late when she got it, and only then because my wife picked it up in store. I have written to Chick Fil A customer service as this is the second time I have had an issue with this store. I will never order there again. My issues with this store are: Unreliable service No admission of errors 3 No apology to the customer 4 An immediate response to blame others - including me - the customer - and their own delivery agent. 5 Dishonesty - They told the delivery guy they had no order from me. They told my wife they had dispatched the order on time to Door Dash. Lies. 6 No serious attempt to redeem the situation and satisfy the customer.

Threw it all in trash after two bites but then picked out the bag and returned it for refund. Kept sweet ice tea only. Also the manager who was serving at the register was not all there. He knew its to go , hands me the food and says we'll bring it out to you. Then says oh well its already in bag here. Not a natural customer service but more like robotic service. Also i mentioned that iam the uncle of my nephew who works here he said th discount if any is only for parents and sibli gs and uncles are not ummediate family. Read moreMessed up my order twice on two different occasion. I mentioned it last night at the window and no one cared. Than i got my order and realized they forgot to put both fries in the bag. When I asked them they said I didn't order fries. I ordered two meals. I got my drinks and sandwiches. After complaining about the previous times, they still didn't care and they charged me for the 2 fries. I was surprised, I thought at least they would offer the fries at no charge just to make up for the dissatisfaction and lack of customer service. But not only they didn't do that, the fries that they charged me for were also half empty and at that point I didn't even want to ask for another one. I just wanted to leave this restaurant.
My 6 year old son was in the car with me and he saw I wasn't happy with the service and he suggested next time we should go to a different Chik fil A. Which I completely agree with him.
