Read bad reviews ....hadn't stopped till tonight . Place looks spotless ...food was great ....as expected except . Wow ....got more than I paid for !!! I owe ...literally . Shrimp tackle box usually a tease was full of big shrimp ...like double elsewhere . Got an extra box with popcorn shrimp and Mac & cheese ....all extra that I didn't order . My Cole slaw ....red beans and rice and spicy chicken all excellent ...but good bit in fridge ....couldn't eat all of it . Stuffed . If I could critique....an adult manager type maybe owner was hustling around boxing up food busting butt.......as I watched a few kid employees bored standing around bored twirling bags and just standing around . Looked like good kids but obviously not taking initiative or helping at all. Infact kid who bagged put tubs of my sides in bag stuffed along boxes where they could have opened up laying on their sides ....not flat . No mishaps I saw ...but truly hope this place makes it . Hope owner finds time to train these kids or get help who knows what they're doing ....especially with what he's forced to pay them . Appears the manager / owner doing all the work like a one man operation . God love him ....hope he can and delegate a team effort .

Read moreOrdered on app for takeout. Received an email that the order was processed, so I entered the store to pick up food. There were only 2 other customers in the store, so after waiting 5 minutes for food to be prepared, I inquired about the order to find it was canceled. A follow-up email was sent to me, but there was no reason to think the order would be randomly canceled. I was told that happens sometimes so I could order again on the app or at register. I ordered again on the app and validated it went thru. Then, it took about 15 minutes to get the order of 14 tenders, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits. I swear one of the employees was stoned or on something as he kept looking at the receipt then the screen multiple times without any movement. When I received my order, there was no even small apology about the wait. As for the food, the tenders and mashed potatoes were good, but the biscuits could be used as hockey pucks.
Oh, and to top it off, I saw an employee hand another employee a takeout order from Chick-Fil-A. There is nothing wrong with people eating at different places, but it gives the optics that the food you serve isn't good enough for your employees to eat so why should I as a customer.

Read moreEdit: From 5 Stars to 1 Star Man this place has gone downhill since the first time I ate here….. Like, all the way down and they’re starting to dig. All of the problems are due to the employees here. The manager with the dyed red hair had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any business so, it’s not surprising to see all the other employees have terrible customer service as well. Nothing like waiting for 30 minutes for bad food served by a bunch of people with attitude problems. I won’t bore you with all the details, just be warned, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. Avoid it!!!!
This location just recently opened so it was pretty busy inside and in the drive thru, but there was plenty of staff behind the counter doing a great job of getting the food out quickly. We ordered two chicken sandwich combos. One with a macaroni and cheese and one with fries. The meals were both hot and tasty. No complaints from me about this location. I hope they are able to keep up this level of service and quality...
