We came in for dinner with my son and my mother, we weren't able to get a table very quickly for dinner as they didn't have any cleaned. With their very short staffing, we were able to get a table after about 20 minutes, we were sat down and left to ourselves after we got water with no ice. We did get a drink later, which was soda cans served with a glass of ice. It took a long, long while before we got our order placed, and even longer before we got it. Food was great, feel bad about the short staffing.

Two days later, just me and my son went in for breakfast. We were seated, and they assumed we were there for the buffet, but we weren't looking to spend $48 for the two of us to eat. We had to leave the table and find someone to ask our order to be taken.

Staff are helpful to a point, there was a male that seemed like he had attention of you for a second, talked to you about your order, then forgot about you for 10 minutes. That's the only one that stood out.

Table and floor cleanliness is great, the atmosphere is calm and quiet. Just the service could be improved a lot. Just more people on the floor...

One star I am giving is for good service and good meal during lunch time, otherwise it would have to be negative number. My time was limited so instead of going out I decided to go back for supper. What a mistake! I ordered a hamburger, grilled medium well with bacon and sweet potatoe fries. The hamburger could not have been freshly grilled - it was lukewarm. It was also very well done instead of medium well. Bacon must have been leftovers from breakfast - it was hard not crispy and you guessed it, not warm either. I got regular fries instead of sweet potatoe fries. I would have offered this feedback to the waitress but she never asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. No refill of water despite walking by my table several times - I had to ask. Very...

I was absolutely devastated after ordering from here ,

We were going to stay in this hotel for the night so I was hungry and reached for the menu , well as expected there was nothing pleasing for the vegetarians.

I made up my mind to order 'Baked potatoes' after taking alot of time. I decided to collect it from the restaurant as it was given in box , as I opened the box I was shocked! I had never expected to see such a bland peice of dish anyone could ever serve. It was just one potato cut in the middle with 2 dippings which were more horrible.

I just took once slice with the curd based dip and left the entire box . It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and surely I have learnt a lesson...
