Riders On Main — Restaurant in Virginia

What is that smell? It’s probably Riders on Main. You can’t really miss this bar on Main Street, the one painted entirely red, or even the smell pouring out of its open doors. My wife and I were looking for a place to have a glass of whisky and maybe play some pool. We stopped by here and the initial thought was this place had one kind of crowd in mind to have here and that’s anyone riding a motorcycle or is affiliated with bikers all around. The bar is Smokey and not just filled with cigarette smoke, nope, the people who one this place must encourage the folks to smoke marijuana in and outside of the bar. The entire place wreaked of it. My wife and I couldn’t help but notice how filthy this place was. The area for where pizzas were cooking was completely black on the inside. Guessing that’s where part of the smoke in the bar was coming from……anyway….The bar at the moment wasn’t very busy, and we had to wait over 15 minutes to get any service. Turned out the service needed their cigarette break from on the outside of the building before coming in and taking orders. We had our one drink of whisky and looking at the state of the filth we were not interested in food at all. We decided to leave shortly after both agreed this would not be a place worth coming back to.
