I was excited they offered online ordering, however they aren't set up to take payments online. Because of this since I was a first time customer they had wanted me to call them to verify that I had intentionally placed the order and was going to pick up and pay. Since I didn't know that I arrived there and they hadn't started making my food (this was partially my fault since I didn't answer my phone when they called me). However this process wasn't explained on the website, they said that next time I don't have to go through that again, but I don't plan on going back. I agree with another review that the 'lo mein' seemed more like spaghetti noodles which was disappointing, and to me the 'sesame chicken' seemed to have the exact same sauce as the general tso's with some sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I didn't even eat the Szechuan beef I ordered because the beef was really slimy and someone in my party tasted in and said it was really chewy. We have never ordered Chinese takeout from here until yesterday. The lady running the restaurant was not very kind according to my 17 year old son when he went to pick it up. He saved his food for today and called me at work saying there were multiple black hairs in the rice. I called to talk to the owner and she said "it wasn't her problem". She was more concerned about us eating in the next day saying we should have eaten it yesterday. I have gone here so many times expecting it to be better. Stopped getting lo mein because it is spaghetti noodles. Today was the last straw. Went in for the seafood triple delight. 1 piece of shrimp no other seafood. Extra charge for credit card. I went back thinking they would dispute me receiving one piece of shrimp and no other seafood in the triple delight.
