On the evening of October 12th, 2024, my husband ordered a Chicken Philly sub from Simonas Pizzeria. To my shock and dismay, when I took a bite, I found a bread clip lodged inside the sandwich. I couldn’t believe it—how could something like that happen? Clearly, my meal was contaminated! Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at that time, leaving me with no one to address my concerns. Later, I was surprised to learn that they are closed on Sundays.
As I was just visiting the area and about to embark on a three-hour drive back home, I felt it necessary to contact management about the issue. I spoke with Orlyn, the manager, who asked me what I expected them to do to resolve the situation and if I had any evidence to support my claim. He mentioned that he would need to discuss it with his supervisor, and he also pointed out that they had been busy that Saturday evening, which might explain how the bread clip ended up in my food.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and the customer service I received was nothing short of horrible. I believe the restaurant needs to seriously reassess its operations and approach to customer care, as the treatment I experienced was completely...
Read moreThis place was recommended by a coworker. It was a nice atmosphere and the young lady at the front counter was patient while I placed my order. I ended up with a small pizza with pepperoni. Tasteless chunks of cheese that slid off my pizza. The owner whom was called by phone couldn’t care less of my thoughts. I was not asking to be compensated because I did eat a slice and a half until I just could not force myself to eat anymore. An acknowledgment of the pizza not being cooked well or apology was never given. I definitely would not patronize this establishment again.

He paid $20 for 3 shrimp, 5 tiny scallops, 1 small piece of flounder and a tray full of fries. He went inside to ask for his money back (and leave the food because he wasn't satisfied) the employee working the counter called the owner to which the owner replied there's nothing wrong with his food so he's not getting a refund. When my husband asked about the amount of food given for the price he was told by the owner " we are not in the business of telling our customers how much food comes with the order.
