*update: the reply from the owner is just a form letter that redirects to a corporate file a complaint about a meal website that requires you to prove they are terrible. Another example of these folks missing the point.
Last 2 visits to this location have been very disappointing. Previous visit the items were not well made and were sloppy. This last visit I cancelled and asked for a refund. I ordered 4 small ice creams, paid, and after a few minutes I was asked to pull up to wait. I did not order any specialty food items, just 4 small ice creams. I watched as the car behind me received a food order and a large something with whipped cream, a door dash person pick up an order, and then a second car behind me got a food order and a cup with whipped cream. I parked and walked to the door, requesting a refund, when asked why I explained I had watched two other customers get their orders, while I waited. The response was “well you had 4, they only had 1 each”.
If I were the franchise owner I would consider either working on training or closing up shop.

I get there push the red button wait a minutes... then order 20 minutes later.. i get an order .. after i got the recommended fudge brownie sundae ... which aint all that .btw.. so I get home and there is NO BACON and now im going over the deal in my head .. YOU KNEW I HAD THE WRONG ORDER!!!! thats why you kept my receipt!! you little turds.. the pen is a mighty thing.. Sonic you messed up the only thing That couldve made MY christmas decent..a nice pretzeldog with bacon cheddar..ya'll suck.. EDIT Not being one to point out a problem and just nag.. Read moreIf I could rate this place one star, I would! The drive through worker tonight was extremely snappy and rude, and kept giving my friends and I attitude when we had a question. She then told us we overplayed and gave us a dollar back, and proceeded to change her mind and take it back. We payed her $18 for 4 mini blasts, which would normally be $16. We got only 62 cents back, and she acted nervous when we asked to see the receipt. She told us that the total looked weird because she “split the receipt four ways.” We knew this wasn’t true because when we asked her to split the total at the speaker she told us that she would have to start all over and said, “pay for it all” to my friend. My friend continued to apologize and listen to this obnoxious worker disrespect her. She took two dollars from us and it is blatant on our receipt. The total jumped from $16 to $18 minus tax. We were too nervous to say anything, so we drove away. As someone who has waitresses before and worked in costumer service, I’m so confused as to why she would act that way towards a costumer and then proceed to steal. I will be telling everyone we know about this and never coming back here again....
