Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

The cut off is 12 o’clock midnight for alcohol. I got in there one minute till and the doors to the cooler were locked and if I knew that I would’ve went to another store instead of yours, if it’s 12 o’clock, you should be having the door locked at 12 o’clock, not 11:59! I even talked to the manager, whoever they head person manager even tho it was now 12:00 not 12:01 they wouldn’t open cooler so I could get my beer!!!! That’s not how you run a business or store that could probably make you $100 or more before last 15 minutes. You make most of your dam money by last 15 minutes before 12oclock! I very unsatisfied with service and not constant with time either! I would definitely get new manager so your business don’t lose anymore money and business! Like I said Yorktown Wawa is no good and I work 17 hour shift today between 2 jobs and I am off tomorrow so I didn’t have to go out! Now my only day off is wont be able to sit drink beer and clean my house!!! Thank you WaWa for suck...

Normally I love this Wawa. Today I made a visit to this store. It was not the Wawa I love. When I went to get my usual cappuccino only hot water came out. So I tried one of the other flavors. Only hot water came out. I then decided to settle on a regular coffee. When I went to add my milk, most of the milks were empty. I went to ask one of the baristas if they had any spare milks behind the counter and there was no one around to ask. Again I settled for a milk which wasn't my usual. When I made it to check out, I informed the cashier of my issues, I'm not sure if she was the manager or not but she did not seem very concerned about my experience. It's unfortunate that my visit had to be unpleasant. It seems like a small thing, maybe. What made it worse was the inattentiveness from the associates and their attitude which felt like I didn't matter. I go out of my way to go specifically to that location. Need to get the guy with the Afro to NOT MAKE DRINKS. Somehow every time he makes one I know it’s going to be terrible. I get an iced drink and somehow it isn’t even cold. He BARELY puts any ice in it and the result is it just tastes like nasty, lukewarm milk. The ice melts within two minutes of picking it up. The cup is always sticky when he hands it to me. Lastly, HE DOESNT PUT ANY COFFEE IN. Im given a cup of warm milk. It doesn’t taste anything like coffee. If you handed me a cup of milk, and then this drink, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. That’s it. Not worth my money or time. Such a shame because the other people that work here do an...
