Prior to COVID, I could get a wrap and Smoothie for under $10. The buffalo chicken wrap used to be 3 ounces of chicken for $6.49. Now the buffalo wrap is nearly $10 and they cut the chicken back to 1 ounce. The wrap was about the size of a hot dog bun but not as fat as a hot dog bun.
I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a blueberry bliss smoothie. The total was just under $17. The wrap has so much sauce there was a pool of sauce in the paper that leaked out and got all over the outside of the wrap. There were 3 small squares of chicken in the first half when I took a bite. After the first bite, there was no more chicken just lettuce and 2 1/2 layer of tortilla wrap. There was only 7 small cubes of chicken in the middle enough for the first bite and then no more chicken on the ends. There were so little ingredients you could see when she cut it that the wrap went around the ingredients twice and halfway around on the third wrap.
The blueberry bliss was 95% ice and a few berries for flavoring. It was more like a slushy than a smoothie. I could not even taste any hint of blueberry. It reminded me of one of those Italian ices with flavoring poured on top. I also have never had a smoothie that thawed completely down to flavored water by the time I got home. I drove from Yorktown back to Hampton and the smoothie was thawed almost completely in the 14 minute drive with the AC on.
Service was ok but I was not greeted when I entered and no employee was smiling and looked happy. The place was empty with no customers and I can see why. I don't expect this location to last more than another year if they continue to serve substandard quality at top...

I spoke with the short girl that rung me up and she was super sweet about it. However, at the time my order came out. A tall skinny girl brought my order and she gave me the wrong order. However, someone from the back came out and said we fixed it. The tall girl proceeded to snatch my bag and takes it to the back and instead of making a fresh one she just threw on the stuff that was originally supposed to be in my order! I do not appreciate anyone snatching my bag when she made the order wrong! Then had an attitude because I wanted it warmed up! Instead of making us aware of their rule to not make food five minutes before the restaurant closes the cashier was very rude and gave us a hard time rolling her eyes telling us next time we would not be able to order food after a certain time. That’s fine! instead of complaining this employee could have just nicely let us know they were not taking anymore orders. She was rolling her eyes and when I went to take my bag of food from her shoved it down onto the counter and rushed us out of the store. She had light brown hair and was wearing a blue shirt. The employee also waited until after we ordered the food to make us aware of the policy. We would have had no problem just ordering drinks.
