Read moreThe poor rating of this SBX is not because of the quality of the assortment of drinks, rather the poor rating is because of the the 45 minutes that I had to wait for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Macchiato. It was clear that the shop was overwhelmed by the deluge of patrons assaulting their counters every few hours. Knowing this and reviewing the data daily for hourly trends, management should consider whether the issue is potential manpower or a systems issue. One solution could be to better advertise the use of the SBX app to make orders as customers come off the tram at the "D" gate. This would allow the staff time to prepare drinks for pickup as soon as customers exit the tram. There are other suggestions that I have for this particular SBX...the greatest of those suggestions is that it should NEVER take nearly an hour...
