Be Right Burger greeted me right as I walked into gate C of IAD. I was incredibly pleased with the food and service my family received while we were eating there. The staff made sure the tables and floors were clean before we ate, and ensured that we were receiving the utmost hospitality. While the cashier originally forgot to put in some of the items we had ordered, this mistake was quickly corrected, and we received a free chocolate chip cookie to make up for it. The chicken sandwich I ate was incredible, and I would definitely recommend ordering it! In my opinion, the items were appropriately priced, as one can expect these sorts of prices in an airport. The burgers my family ate were great as well, along with the fries and chicken strips. While we were eating, an employee checked in on us to ask if the food was alright. We let him know that it was great. He was incredibly kind and involved throughout our whole encounter, and I’m very grateful for that. If I ever were to come to this airport gate again, I’d definitely eat here. Be Right Burger is a not-so hidden gem in IAD. Show them some love and...

The quality of this fast food place is below average.
Let’s start with the pricing. Almost everything on the menu is priced 15% higher than a regular fast food restaurant. Obviously it’s the airport but for what you get, save your money.
The quality… If you order chicken, whether it’s the chicken sandwich or chicken strips, you’re getting frozen breaded chicken patty’s or strips from some dollar general or horrible convenience store. It tasted like someone poured liquid chicken into a bag and threw bread crumbs on it and fried it on the grill. Then the sweet potato fries were not crispy at all, tasted like they weren’t even cooked properly because the insides were still mushy and seemed like they were falling apart. The food they are getting is super processed and disgusting.
Not to mention, the sanitation level was below average as workers can be seen eating food as they bring your order to the counter.
It’s quite evident there is little to no care for the condition of...

The in depth review: I went here with a positive attitude but was quickly deterred by the negativity of the staff. The robots behind the counter seemed to hate what they do (can't blame them though). After waiting 17 minutes for the number 3 combo - Wild West burger with fries and drink for a little under $16 - I received a burger that was soggy to the point that it felt like a used sponge and fries that I can only image were prepared hours ago and left near the freezer. This place has no saving grace. Even the lighting didn't want to be there as the overhead bulbs flickered uncontrollably and the menu TVs continually disconnected and reconnected throughout my wait.
I look forward to not...
