Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I received terrible customer service at store. I ordered a vanilla latte at 8:21 in the morning at Dulles Airport. I waited several minutes and began to notice customers who ordered drinks after me received their drinks. I kindly asked if their was a drink for me as maybe they missed it or there was a mistake. They said would have it up soon. Another several minutes went by and I went in line to get their attention again. The head barista at that time at this point was very rude even though it was clearly 20 minutes since I ordered. She personally made my drink and when I started to walk away was very condescending and said "You're welcome". I was very offended but didn't say anything. The worst Starbucks I've been to Look at the picture of turkey bacon egg white sandwich...what kind of service was that? The sandwich basically fell apart in the paper bag, and the staff just handed the sandwich to whoever stood in front of the waiting area without even calling out the names or just simply put the food down on the counter for people to pick it up. The Starbucks establishment is conveniently situated near gate 24 in Concourse C and frequently experiences high customer traffic, likely due to its status as the sole Starbucks.
