I received terrible customer service at store. I ordered a vanilla latte at 8:21 in the morning at Dulles Airport. I waited several minutes and began to notice customers who ordered drinks after me received their drinks. I kindly asked if their was a drink for me as maybe they missed it or there was a mistake. They said would have it up soon. Another several minutes went by and I went in line to get their attention again. The head barista at that time at this point was very rude even though it was clearly 20 minutes since I ordered.
