Wanted to try out this new location because it’s closer to me, but after this experience, I will not return and would rather drive further and use more gas to avoid this location. I placed a Mobil order and went through the drive thru. When I got to the window, the young lady working was having trouble finding my order which I understand. They’re super busy and have a lot of other orders to fulfill. She asked to see my receipt and I was having trouble finding it on the app. While I was trying to find it, she said “I don’t know how to use the app, I just work here” which was extremely off putting. It’s fine if you don’t know how to navigate the app, but that comment was unnecessary and proved just how unhelpful she was going to be. I confirmed with her that this was the Bayberry location, so I could make sure that I didn’t send it to the wrong location and it was the right one. There was already a long line behind me and I had been at the window for quite some time, so I asked if she would like me to circle back around in line, trying to be nice, and she said I guess…which if you “just work here” like you said, you would’ve guided me to come back through the line or to come inside. I waited through the line again and finally got back to the window and showed my order. After she confirmed my receipt, she gave me my drink immediately, as if it had been ready this whole time, so I don’t know what happened, but it was not a great experience. Read moreOn vacation with my family, yesterday (6/20/24 @3:30pm)we decided to stop at one of our favorite places. Starbucks! In doing so immediately at the window we were greeted with a tone that was NOT welcoming. The first drink I placed was the lavender cream... (Maybe I should have said frappuccino) But was quickly told that wasn't even a drink 🥴 How🤷🏾♀️?? After I said the name AGAIN and put frappuccino behind it she said "Is that it"!!?!🙄 No, and the correct terminology should be "Will this complete your order"?.. I place the second and final drink and was told to pull around. Upon doing so the window opened with a female with the name tag of Mesha or Nesha... Above average height on the bigger side light skin with glasses... Completely rude. Didn't even want to scan the app on my phone for my points. After I had her scan the phone I handed over a credit card and she mumbled something under her breath and rolled her eyes. Once I got that along with the previous energy from her I told her to "Keep It"! No one wants to spend their hard earned money in places where you have employees representing your company in that manner. I've never had that type of encounter at a Starbucks which most times they're very reputable. I too, work in the customer service industry and there, I dare not spend money. Read moreI just came in there today with me mother to get our pick up order as we’re waiting my the pickup line we see her about to make my drink and she is putting her hands in her mouth so my mom told the manager and asked her very nicely if you can just wash your hands real quick and the employee, her name is Cece, was so rude she starts being passive aggressive and condescending and the manager is just standing there and not correcting her at all. Also when the employee is throwing the old drink again and is about to make a new she keeps making these passive aggressive comments towards my mother and even as she’s making my new drink she was just incredibly rude for no reason at all. Overall the service was absolutely ridiculous and the employee and manager should both be fired because the employee was rude and the manager just let it happen and didn’t correct her at all and the drinks weren’t even good.
