Usually I go to the Woodbridge Starbucks off Prince William parkway, because this one is always iffy. Today I was on my way home and decided to stop and get my husband and I starbucks. At 1st, they handed me the strawberry acai lemonade with no Strawberries, when we asked for extra Strawberries. The pink drink, they just threw the Strawberries on top and called it a day. I have NEVER gone back through a drive through. I HATE complaining. But you put no Strawberries in the STRAWBERRY acai? Especially when we asked for extra. Then when we went around the lady at the window laughed at me saying "but there's literally strawberries" yeah....at the top of my drink... how are the dehydrated Strawberries going to become soft if they aren't in the actual drink? And when she handed me my husband's strawberry acai, there were very little Strawberries, and they weren't mixed in the drink. He normally is done with it within like 10 minutes, it's still sitting next to him 15 minutes later. Finally, I'm pretty sure my drink isn't supposed to look like this just 15 minutes later.
Not to mention whenever I end up going in the mornings, the white chocolate mocha has very little milk and the cold foam on my white chocolate mocha is almost never even close to thick.....
Come on. Do your job...
Read moreI rarely review businesses and never reviewed Starbucks before. But this location warrants below zero star. I went there today 11/12/23 for the first time. What a mistake! The drive-thru took us 30 minuets or so. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s sloth level energy at this establishment. Waiting after all of that, they gave me the wrong order which I found out after I pulled away. I didn’t have the patience or the time to go back. I thought it would be quick to go through the drive-thru given I had a toddler in the car but was I wrong. My toddler got impatience for being stationary in one place and started screaming. What an experience. If you don’t have 30-45 minutes to waste, don’t go to this Starbucks, and you’re still not guaranteed they get your order right. SB corporate, before you responded with your generic message that you’ve been responding to everyone who complained about the drive-thru wait time, I’ve nothing more to share. Fix this. Read moreUsually I love this Starbucks and have a fantastic experience every time so I would typically give this location 5 stars. However my most recent trip was not as great. We went through the drive thru and ordered drinks and two sandwiches which they said they had but when we get to the window we realized that they rung up the wrong sandwich and we politely told them. As soon as we told them that it was a miscommunication, we instantly received many dirty looks and side eyes from a few baristas. They let us switched the items for something different and asked to pull to the front and they would bring it out. We pull around and wait and a barista comes out and gives us our food but no drinks. We call out to get the girl’s attention but she looks back and gives a side eye and walks away. We walked in the store to get our drinks and let them know we were in the drive thru and never got our drinks and one of the baristas looked very bored and seemed to have an attitude.
