I’m a Starbucks Alumni, worked as a supervisor for 5 years, and I pretty much get iced coffee every time I visit a Starbucks. I could tell by the color when he handed me the drink that the iced coffee itself was made wrong, and tasting it confirmed that. When I told the guy at the window, he went and made a new one. I watched as he poured the coffee and it looked as though it was pre-mixed with milk. He somehow thought adding cream on the very top would fix it. It was pure white when he brought me the new drink. I tried explaining the issue to him and he just said he would look into it later and offered me nothing g to try to fix the issue. I asked for a refund and left. Went to another store further out of my way (I was driving over an hour to get back home after an appointment and just really wanted an iced coffee for the drive. I realize it’s a little crazy, but here we are). The other store I had been to before and trusted, and the iced coffee was perfect. It’s really not that hard to just do what you’re supposed to in making these drinks so that they’re consistent from store to store. Read moreI’ve honestly never had a good experience here. The staff is always super rude, and my drink is always made wrong. Like I’ll pay $1.25 extra for cold foam on my coffee and they almost always forget to add it, and when they do, they barely give you any. And I always ask for my drinks with no sweetener, but I’ve rarely actually gotten that. They always ignore what you ask for. The staff is very unfriendly and they’re always annoyed at you. I also once had to wait 30 mins for a drink and had to skip a lecture because of the wait. Read moreStarbucks Corporate would be embarrassed and frustrated if they knew about the terrible customer service at this location. It's always busy with students which is great. However, I have consistently experienced poor customer service. The employees chat with each other, actually stopping to make drinks for long periods of time while they chat, apply their lip balm, etc. My drink orders have always been wrong. They don't seem to care about the long wait that their ineffeciency (actually ignoring) causes everyone. Masks.... rarely worn appropriately...
