Finch Boutique — Local services in Charlottesville

If I could give 0 star rating I would I went to this store on Feb 3 (Thursday) I was in the area due to my mother having an appt. I walked around and found this cute store (I thought) Until I walked in and I was completely ignored by 4 clerks 3 young females and 1 older female all behind the counter. I continued to pickout a planter in a turtle shape walked around the store and not once was I acknowledged. Then I hear one of the younger females greet someone I looked over and she had greeted a female that had walked in to the store?? I walk to the counter to purchase the turtle and one of the younger female tells the older female this is the last turtle do you want to sell it. Whatt!!!! How rude is that if you dont want to sell something dont have it on the shelf. I will never!!! return to this store as I felt I was discriminated I am a Hispanic/American Citizen and when a white female walked in she was greeted and all the clerks were white females.

I cant believe a business is run that way I was a paying customer just like the next customer that walked...

So excited to get back to Finch. We love UVA and come whenever possible from out of state. Got up early to make time to come to the store this Friday 10/11/24 and was completely ignored the entire time. The 2 girls behind the counter never budged. The store was packed at one point. Customers were helping each other as the 2 “employees” were too busy gossiping. I usually drop $500 + but couldn't get out fast...

Rude sales clerks...I walked into the store with another UVA employee and we were ignored by 4 sales clerks standing behind the counter. I actually found a couple of items that I was interested in purchasing, however, due to the rudeness of your staff I decided that would not be the best thing to do. I won't ever return to that store again and I hope these ladies aren't a representation of...
