Of all the Starbucks that I’ve visited, this particular shop has the worst customer service. I normally do not go through the trouble of writing negative reviews but due to this one person’s attitude and influence to others gave me enough reason to write this review. Not sure if the managers or corporate leaders associated with this particular starbucks shop even read these reviews, but here is my review. I ask for a TALL size coffee to be filled in my personal Starbucks cup. This very non-customer service individual consistently wastes a tall paper cup to measure the amount and pours it into my personal Starbucks cup. I finally confronted this individual and asked her if she would fill up a little higher like everyone else. She refused and told me that it was a tall size order and she would charge me more for anything larger. So being an easy going guy, I bit my tongue and accepted the fact that some people are not customer orientated and less generous than others. I go in this morning and another lady serves me at the counter and asks if I needed any room for cream. So I’m thinking she’ll at least fill my cup like all others would, but, I see this non-customer service starbucks employee walk over to the lady and whispers in her ears. The lady that was filling my cup now only filled my cup literally half way (photo attached)….Unbelievable! Talk about evil!... Read moreMy husband and I have been here probably a dozen times. The staff are nice but there's inconsistencies every visit. The drinks always look and taste different, they skimp hard on the whip it just looks like sad whip and half the time they forget the chocolate mocha drizzle. Also sometimes they don't check off what extra stuff we order like a shot of espresso or there's no sticker on the cup at all and for the price of these drinks I do want to see that our order was made correctly and annotated like it should be especially when the same drink looks different everytime we've visited and how long we sometimes wait. We ordered food this time and it was just thrown in bag and I had to put my extra greasy sandwich back together. I like that the staff is nice but I think they need training so they're all on the same page and maybe need to pay attention a little more and stop forgetting parts of the order including annotating the details that are supposed to be on the cup. Read moreI usually don’t do reviews but I had some of the best customer service that I have had in a while. Kasche was the one that serviced me. Before I even get to the register, she greeted me with a hello, a smile, and a way y’all!! To me that’s unheard of. So that immediately put a smile on my face. I got to the register and explained to Kasche that I wanted a drink that tasted like the shaken expresso apple crisp with oatmilk but cheaper. Chile she did her big one and made a version of it that costed me half of what I would pay for the first drink that i mentioned. It was so delicious and most importantly she cared about my pockets. On top of that, she was very personable and had great energy!!! Before I left I wanted to ask if I could speak to the manager about her and come to find out she is the manager!
