Arrived at about 11:43 pm when a south Asian man came from out the back. He had a sour face when he saw my friend and I. My friend ordered a wrap and I wanted my sub on a foot long Italian bread. He grabbed a wheat loaf and gestured and voiced for me to choose the wheat bread even tho I could clearly see a full tray of Italian bread a few racks down. I kept asking for Italian, he looked down at the wheat bread in his hand and I thought he was either going to yell at me, storm off, or who knows. The man looked stressed and annoyed with life. I figured that he maybe wanted to keep a full tray for the next business day after the awkward pauses and clear frustration on his part. So I told him I'd take Wrap skin instead of the wheat bread. I tried to be even more polite and sweet to this man during the rest of the transaction and yet that was still not reciprocated to me.
I know you all close at 12 am on Friday's but if you don't want to serve customers coming in at 11:45 then you all should shut down earlier. I felt like as soon as he walked out of the back, he looked upset with what he saw. Read moreTotal disaster of a subway I ordered a curbside order from the parking lot. Waited for over 30 mins , no one ever brought my order out to me (I have small kids) so I had to go inside to find out what the holdup was. Never was greeted, I had to flag down a girl and ask where my order was since I've been waiting and was told oh we just finished but we don't have both pizzas ...u can cancel on doordash. I told her no I ordered through the subway site and that the only option I have is contact store so she needs to refund me or cancel the order she said she can't and I asked for a manager she walked off and another girl walks over with my bagged food says they can't do refunds. I ask why I'm being charged for food I don't get and she said I don't know and shrugs it off. Horrible! When I get home my subs are so soggy I can't even eat them. It looks like they just straight poured oil all over it and bread is a soggy mess. I will be in there first thing tomorrow demanding a refund. I called to let them know my subs are not edible and was told manager will be in tomorrow, when I asked for managers name the girl refused and said she can't give the name. Read moreI always get the all American club. It comes with ham, bacon & turkey with toppings & 2x cheese. i can’t have ham so i usually replace it with another meat. Usually it isn’t a problem but with the manager it is even though it shouldn’t be. Again today the manager made my sub . She is awful and is always giving me a hard time with making my sub and is ALWAYS trying to charge me extra for no reason. she is extremely biased towards certain individuals & clearly can’t do her job right. I asked if i could replace the ham with any other meat at first i was told yes but then i saw she never did it and when i asked again she said no and that i will be charged extra for replacing the ham with any other meat So she really just lied in my face and then tried to charge me extra for trying to replace a meat i can’t have. Also an all American club comes with 2x cheese but yet she doesn’t put 2x cheese on and when i ask for my 2x cheese she also tries to charge me extra for that.
