Never had problems with this place until today, I'll chalk this up to a mistake and a bad day because again, I've never had problems until today, and I've had the same workers before.
But today I ordered a luxe crunch wrap sliders box
I swapped out the crunchy taco for a deluxe soft taco, and swapped the cinnamon twists for nacho chips.
I instead received a hard taco that was completely crumbled up inside the wrapper, (the Dorito taco was also crumbled up inside)
I received chips without nacho cheese.
My coworker who I was with noticed he was missing food as well,
He ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos, 1 flatbread chicken taco, and a deluxe cravings box.
2 of his burritos were missing as well as the flatbread taco.
My coworker walked back in (we had been out of the store for 20 seconds) and asked to get the rest of his food and for nacho cheese for me, they said he had to pay 69 cents for the nacho cheese and also pay for the burritos he wasn't given.
He spent 22 dollars for his food and only received about $10 of what he payed for, they would not make up for what he was missing without charging him even more for it.

Read moreThis will be the last I'll be going to this taco bell. I've been here multiple times with bad experiences from terrible taste to bad attitudes to wrong order mishaps. Used the drive thru to order my food. 3 burritos and 3 steak steak soft tacos with fire hot sauce packs. Went to the window and paid. Asked if the sauce was in the bag but before I could even finish asking the person interrupted and rudely said "yes". So I went home and guess what? On top of there not being any sauce, they also gave me the wrong order. So I called and let them know that they gave me the incorrect order before heading back. Person on the phone apologized and said that they knew the order was wrong,probably from the person in front or behind me complaining that they got my order. So I went back, wrong order in hand, to get my correct meal.They couldnt take the wrong order due to covid restrictions. Fine. I got my order. Went out to the parking lot and checked this time. Lo and behold, wrong order again and wrong sauce packets. I turned around and just got a refund. This experience solidified that is a terrible taco bell to go to. I suggest the one further...
Read moreI went Saturday to get the Lux craving box. I went inside to order my food and waited about 15 minutes. When I got my food it was wrong so I let the young girl aware I saw her tell the guy who told the manager who was on the line helping them with the order. I waited another 20 minutes and never received it. I asked the young lady for a refund and she went and told the manager. The manager tries to say I already received my food the young lady reminded her that the food was wrong. She proceeded to blame the lady and young guy who was making the order for not telling. They said they did she made an excuse. She came up to the register and didn't apologize and was a little rude saying she would give the money back for the one taco. I told her I didn't want any of the meal she rudely asked if I had the food as if I ate the food. I pointed down the counter where I left the food. Again never apologize for the misunderstanding or the wait. Next time I'll just go down the street to the KFC/Taco Bell. I understand being busy but she was more concerned about the drive thru than the five people who were sitting there for over 30...
