Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

I've given this Taco Bell too many chances. I use to go here all the time when I was a teen, but slowly stopped ordering here due to the food and quality gradually getting worse over the years. I decided to try one more time and desperately regret it. I ordered a cantina steak quesidilla and when I got home it was undercooked and had to finish cooking it at home, it barely had any steak in it because half of it was just bread, the tortilla was not even the cantina variant, it was beyond greasey, and the guacamole was bad. They essentially gave me a garbage quesidilla and sold it to me for what a cantina quesidilla was worth. I could easily go to a lawyer and claim this store is false advertising along with fraud and take this to court and most likely win. However over the years this establishment has been losing customers over the years so I'll just sit here and write a review. Do not eat here if you want fast food there is a Wendy's literally right next door that will happily give you what you paid for. I'm not longer eating here. I just got done almost eating it while writing this part of the review and feel slightly sick now as well. This place is absolutely disgusting. I forgot to mention I got something for my brother and the same thing happened to his order. I'll be checking back tomorrow to see if they delete this review because I'll happily write this again. Please do not eat here. This establishment should feel ashamed of itself for doing this for years. I'd honestly recommend getting workers that care about what they're giving out but I don't know anymore. I just wanted to let my multiple experiences with this specific establishment to be known to anyone trying to eat here. I'll be taking a picture of what's left to show how bad it is. This is about the worst KFC and Taco Bell you could ever go to. I once waited over an hour for food, while watching customers being belittled by an employee. It was to the point that I actually said something, and I normally stay out of drama. In this same situation, so had ordered a 12-pack of tacos and also ordered a few other items. Apparently some other customer ordered a 12-pack as well, and a different employee gave the 12-pack that I had been waiting for an hour for away. So they completed all my other food and just stuck it in the warmer while waiting another 15 minutes for them to make another 12-pack. By that time, the flimsy box that my Mexican pizza in was crushed and even more flimsy, and the cheese got stuck completely to the top of the box.

I call corporate only for them to tell me they are going to tell the store manager to give me a call. I waited a week. No phone call. I call corporate again and they say it again. Someone will call me. They never did and I just gave up.

Do not waste your money at this location, they are cheap and are very skimpy when it comes to...

I give this place a 0. Bad kitchen management And yes there additude were horrible. For God sakes pa taco bell runs better that that. U all should be ashamed of urself. My dad and mom sister and her to kids ordered and then I ordered for me and my son. They got there food. And I never got mine till I went up. They were goofing around in the kitchen. And the cashier wasn't doing her job either. My dad spoke to not the manager cause they weren't there but some black lady. She acted like she didn't know what she or anyone was doing I told my dad I should get my money back for acting so they gave us not three but four twist that didn't nearly covered what I got. I wouldn't recommend thos place to anyone the food is sloppy and the people don't care they rather good of them pay attention to what people want. I was on the road with my baby daddy the last two yrs and never once had these kinds of problems. Get it to get her taco bell and by the way I threw mine out. Looked so unprofessional and nasty.
