this company lies apparently. They really should change their hours on google to we do whatever tf we want to do. I, post accident and still healing a broken bone in my foot, wanted some ice cream. They were the closest ice cream spot I could attempt to walk to, being that I am currently without a vehicle. An Uber would have been senseless to me, since it is only a mile or 2 driving from me. So I decided to just take my time and walk to them, since their hours on google say close at 9pm :). I left at 7:45p and by the time I finally arrived at 8:18p, I was surprised with a closed ice cream place 🙃. Rather disappointing, especially since I had to walk back home without the goal I set out to achieve and in much pain. Basically, call ahead whether you’re walking or driving, to understand what it is they are deciding to do, I assume per day. Please change your hours to whatever tf we’d like - whenever tf we’d like. My first Experience here was not good at all.I walked up there was a family of 5 got served with no problem at all.I was up next made my order and stepped to the side to wait.Another couple come up behind me and ordered and was served before me.I was like Wow.So i kept standing there another couple come up and order.at this time as i found out later the Manger comes back to the window and asked what i ordered again.I was saying to myself its not even that busy to forget a order.Smh so to make a long they last couple ended up getting there ice cream before me also.i just walked back up to the window asked for my money back and to speak to the Manager.thats when i found out this was the person who took my order.so i asked how this happened.All i was told after a stare down was It Happens.SMH What a good choice of words coming from a Manager.like who trained you to run a business.Back to brusters and cold stone for me...

We heard this place was great, and the reviews didn't let us down! Not only was the ice cream wonderfully creamy with a good size serving for each size, but the employees were really thoughtful! Knowing I was taking a malt along for 45 minutes in summer before gifting it, the young attendant offered to make it a little beneath the lip, only if I wanted, to make less of a mess. How wise! Then, seeing I had children with my group on a hot day, another young attendant made sure we were stocked with napkins and moist wipes. Employees alone get 5 stars for me! Plus, the malt made it without much melting at all ... and was declared "What a...
