Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

I have always have been a Southshore Pointe Wawa customer since the first day it opened. The subs/ food options are better than other chains with, what I believe to be, fresher ingredients. Wonderful coffee choices and always brewed fresh and hot. However, lately the customer base coming in is rude, inconsiderate and clearly not from this area that create an unwanted environment for everyone including employees (upon witnessing a recent event). Additionally, recently hired employees are not up to par with the the expectations of their loyalty customers. I purchased 2 sub sandwiches from kiosk at the delivery and they were not made correctly whatsoever... upon driving all the home just to realize that; nor did I recognize any of the employees working this particular evening. Overall, continuing to bring my business here for the high prices and environment is upsettingly...

As a constant complainer of all things Chesterfield County, this is one major exception that would get my service everyday at anytime. I get my daily fix of caffeine and a small breakfast at 8 ish AM from a bright eyed squad of employees with an infectious smile obscured daily by the disposable mask that has become the fashion accessory of 2020. During my lunch breaks I'm again greeted and almost conversing daily with the staff or cashier about current events, yet I'm certain they only know me by my blue shirt, and face. Don't leave your wallet or anything else there because they say they lock it in the office in a drawer and then it disappears. I was told someone else came in and described my wallet to a "t" so they gave it to them! Yet my license was inside, (the employee even told me she saw my license and immediately put it in the office) but they don't bother to check that when handing it to someone else. From what everyone is telling me and from what everyone says after I tell them the story, sounds like an employee probably took it!
