Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

11/16-6PM= Amazing experience, I called about the other night, and the GM-Jeannette was just great. She was extremely understanding and helpful, really went above and beyond to apologize and make up for the other nights' awful experience even though she wasn't even there that night. All I wanted was to explain what happened, and I genuinely didn't expect any sort of compensation or apology, but she had me come in with my receipt and made it up to me anyways. (Always keep your receipts folks!) Originally my rating was a 2/5, but it's definitely a 4/5. Eventually I'll be updating it again after a few more visits, and hopefully it'll be a 5/5 by then. The morning crew is generally amazing, last night and tonight were my first times dealing with the late/night crews. There's definitely a huge customer satisfaction difference between the two, hopefully they can figure out how to make them consistent.

Not a place I would go volunteerly. Orders are always wrong. Cold fries. Very expensive. You could dine at Applebee's for less and better food.

Honestly google should come up with lower than no star ratings system. Then this place would make#1 in louziest most discusting places.

The top portion was posted 1 year ago and today I had to call the riginal customer service and asked if they are hiring people because they feel sorry for them or based on their ability and knowledge. The cashier was a young confused teen age girl whom couldn't get the order straight even as I spoke very slowly as I would talk to a mule. She still man2to screwe up the order . Then it was the cook's turn whom was an elderly lady whom couldn't read and understand the order on screen in front of her. It was a mess. Uncle Dave I think you better quite your position at government " your shirt" and go back to your restaurant before you loose your pants. Minus 100 stars...

Well, the one positive I can say is that Wendy's has improved their nuggets. Back in the day they were trash but these new, Saucy nuggets are pretty decent. The Spicy BBQ was not as spicy as I had hoped but they were good. When I walked into the restaurant for pickup, it was completely empty, which answers why my fries were not even hot. They were probably leftover from hours ago. The drink machine had no ice which kinda sucks and most of the drink options were all out which defeats the purpose of selecting a drink online, only to find out its not available. Oddly enough the floors were sticky although there was plenty of staff just lounging around that could have been doing something productive like mopping. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience I'm just gonna chop this up to the location of this particular restaurant because the one in Mechanicsville is Awesome everytime I've gone. There is room for...
