I'm not one to complain much, but this is the second time I received the same type of service here and from different employees each time. Both experiences have been the same in a span of about 1 year, so this a management issue on training employees to learn customer service. Drive through experience, no line, so no rush and no reason for my experience.
They ALWAYS try to uncharge you and do it even when you didn't ask for it. I always get $5 biggie bags for my kids when I go to Wendy's and the first time here, they uncharged me for the large version when I didnt ask for it. Not enough of a problem for me to change my order at the end when paying and complain about it, so I just yook it. However, this was the second time, they tried it and I clarified my request by saying I want the $5 biggie bag version after some back and forth about which version I wanted. Just to hear some grumbling in the background as they placed my order.
Rude, quick, take your food and get out type of attitude. Both times, I was given my order abruptly, with the drive through window shut in a manner like take it, go, don't aks any questions. Yet employees looking over their shoulder to see if I left as they turn their back on you.
Cheap with condiments - Both times I asked for BBQ and honey mustard when they asked me what saucessss I wanted. Both times they just gave me one package of BBQ in each biggie bag. The second visit I returned/reversed my vehicle saying I Don't have any honey mustard. I was given 2 packs with the window shut hard again.
Thr service is extremely rude combined with the lack of giving out condiments like they will go bankrupt if they give more than one sauce out is the reason I am making this post. I don't like to bash a place, but we like Wendy's food (the very few times we choose fast food) and this one is close to us. I hope (if I visit a 3rd time) to have a better experience next time. We just might take our business to another place when we choose fast food...

My brother asked for sauce, and they only gave us two, so i got up and asked for two more because we both had nuggets and fries, and two sauces were not enough for two meals. When i asked karla very politely for sauce, she said, "What do you want?" and gave me attitude, then proceeded to give me one sauce because apparently we had enough. She said it's limited to two sauces per 10 piece nuggets, and mind you, we had two orders of 10 piece nuggets, and i told her that, and she got mad and tossed across the counter two sauces. She was rude the entire time and gave us ugly looks when we did nothing but be kind to her. I dont like this location anymore, and i dont recommend...

I tried to use the $1.99 kids meal coupon that comes with the boo books and the lady at the drive thru window (older Spanish lady, I believe she was the manager) refused to take the coupon! She said it's not a coupon and just the cover of the boo book. I asked her to read the coupon and she refused, so I read it out for her. She refused to listen and just kept yelling "No no no it's not a coupon!" I tried to read it multiple times and she just kept talking over me. I then told her then why is it the other Wendy's accept it? I've used it at three other Wendy's. She just kept repeating the same thing. This was Tues, 10/24, around 10pm.
