Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I came through the drive thru on last night 7-25-19 at around 10:16 p.m. I had 8 combos in which I placed them in a timely manner and didn’t hold their line up. After paying for our food we went to the pickup window and the manager and the employee gave us the ugliest look ever as if we’d made them have a bad night. With us having a large order, our food was delivered in the large bags in two of them. The employee just was throwing our food in the bags as if she was upset. Also after the Manager Corey began to give us our drinks, my husband spoke to him and he said nothing at all, he then asked for extra napkins and some Ketchup, he then sighed. He then gave my husband our bags and my husband said thank you so much! The manager Corey didn’t part his mouth to say that you’re welcome or thank you or anything period! The window was closed up and that was that. I misplaced my receipt on last night so was unable to call to speak with the Store Manager and as we got on the road to go back home to our home town because we’re not from around here but was visiting on vacation. I called on tonight to ask for the site number to do a survey on my visit last night, I assumed it was an employee whom answered the phone because she asked me to hold on and began to take an order for a 4 for 4 and then she proceeded back to speak with me. I asked for the site number and she stated that she has no knowledge of what that was. I explained to where it was and she still gave me the wrong number! I will not at all return to this location because for one reason the manager was very unprofessional, so that explained the person bagging our food attitude. If a manager is unprofessional then that can’t manage or teach behavior. And being friendly is the key to taking care of a customer who has spent $41.92 to make sure that you continue to have somewhere to work. I love my Wendy's. These restaurants are always clean and inviting. The new remodeled ones are just so cozy. I don't buy Hamburger for use at home, not because I don't eat it it's just that I prefer turkey burger. So, the only place I do buy a burger from when I want one is Wendy's. It is always so melt in my mouth good, the lettuce is always crispy and the tomatoes are always firm and fresh. The onions are never lingering in my mouth making my breath smell terrible. LOL. They are just so so good. The fries are very tasty and always hot to very hot when I get them. I don't drink soda so I always get the fruit punch which is tasty also. I like the Frosty's and often get that just with my burger. I like the Nuggets because they're always tender when I get them and not over breaded. The baked potatoes can be touch and go according to how long I guess they're cooked and held. But I love a sour cream and chive potato with a side salad and a small chili on top. Yes all of that together on one plate! You have to try it! Overall, I have travelled Coast to Coast eating Wendy's all the way, and they are consistently good...

25 april .10:25pm. Rude girl at the window kept saying what over and over again. Finally said she had it was wrong. I pulled over and went up to the window and the manager came and opened the door and asked me what was wrong I told him the hamburger was wrong he said I had to get back in the slow line again in my car and wait for the girl to screw up 5 orders before I can get my burger from before. I said I can't wait in that slow line again because you messed up just hand it out the door. He said its against company policy to open the door. Bro you have the door open right now for this conversation. If its against policy why the hell did you open to speak to me? But you can't toss my burger out. Back in the line for 20 more min and when I got back to the window when started with the what's again. Can you concentrate for one second. Can someone please explain why its ok to open the door to speak to me but strictly not ok for him to hand my burger out the same door so I don't have to lose 30 min because of the...
