Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I have NEVER been to a Wendy's so terrible, they make me want to never go to another Wendy's again. Last night I was in Emporia visiting family, my brother and I decided to go to Wendy's, we got 2 10 p. Nugget meals, a David's triple(all MED. MEALS) our fries was SMALL, our drinks was the only MED. & the drinks won't even full. My brother also got a frosty and that wasn't even full. I ordered bacon cheese fries and 2 frosty--ccinos well they didn't have the coffee to make it(which for some reason I've gotten use to hearing that so it didn't really bother me, they took the amount off for the ccinos) we paid, get to the 2nd window and they handed us 3 Med. Drinks & a frosty using only ONE drink carrier, I told my brother to ask for another one and they said what's the problem is it broke, I said duh You got all these big drinks in it, need another one or should have just handed us all the drinks. Then they inform us they don't have enough bacon and cheese for the bacon cheese fries but we had already paid for them instead of them refunding our money they CLAIMED they gave us an extra order of fries(which I didn't want plus the bacon cheese fries doesn't equal up to ONE order of fries.) And they didn't even give us an extra order of fries. The food wasn't even hot,, it was barely warm, this is the rudest set of people I've dealt with and the worst customer service I've had dealing with wendys. I do not recommend this place. When pushed, they were pleasant and friendly. They were either new staff, low staff, or simply have their own speed. Which for a fast food place near a busy road that connects mere steps from an interstate... Not a good speed. One lady waited(not near as long as me) so long she asked for a refund, which was responded with confusion and slight attitude even though she was apologetic for asking. Another lady asked to have her child's burger fixed(as well as another man), and when it was 'fixed' the lady still had to correct them as they tried doing it the wrong way again. One staff person went to bring food to a waiting customer, and it was the wrong food. I believe when I ordered (before all the above mentioned people) the longest-to-make item was my chicken tenders. And so I used the restroom after placing my order. I waited almost a half hour after getting out of the restroom, observed all the above and more before receiving my bag. I was over ten miles away, unable to turn around, when I realized my fries were never put in my bag. Not a happy experience. First time there, last time there. If I REALLY need my Wendy's kick while driving between NC and VA, I will wait till I am closer to home. Where I know they have great attitudes and good...

I don’t know who the lady was with the braids screaming on the drive thru intercom was but she was blatantly rude and doesn’t listen. I asked for a number 6 PLAIN since I can’t eat mayo and upon us ordering our second meal she told us to hold on. That’s cool but rather than turning her intercom off she was yelling for someone’s name and left us to wait until we talked back into the intercom. She proceeds to a repeat my order again and i tell her for the second time a number 6 PLAIN and she said okay. My dad later on repeats again my order saying number 6 PLAIN again which now equals three times we told her as well as asked for barbecue sauce. when we get the food she leaves out utensils to eat the chili and leaves out the bbq sauce so one of her coworkers had to get it for us when she was literally standing by the window acting as if she ain’t see us tryna get her attention. I ate my fries first and didn’t think to check my sandwich cause usually when i ask for a plain they give it to me upon my first request not after three.
