I went to this location last night and was told they were only accepting Doordash and mobile orders, so I pulled into a spot and did a mobile order and went back through the drive through. They said okay and then never said whether to pull forward nor would they respond to the speaker, so we sat about 5 minutes then pulled up to the window. We sat for another 5 minutes before someone came and finally told us they couldn't find our order. I tried to cancel it and it wouldn't let me and I verified the location and it was definitely the correct address. They left me at the window so long while they "looked for the order", like if you don't have it what is there to look for? Finally the "manager" came over and asked me what my order was and I told him it was 4 biggie bags and a few other things and he didn't ask what sandwiches nuggets drinks etc and he said nothing and just left then came back with cash and asked how much the order was. I said why would you give me a $23 refund in cash when I paid on my card and he left us at the window another 5 minutes. Finally I honked and told the lady we would leave and just make a complaint and get our money back, she said they were making my food - how??? You don't even have my order I thought??? At that point we had waited 25 minutes it was only 12:45 and I didn't trust that the order would be correct or that it would even be safe to eat by people who so obviously did not want to have to make the order so close to closing. I will never go to this location again. Get employees who understand the hours and who want to work or close earlier. Shameful I had 2 kids with me after a long day and we were desperate. There was only Wendy's McDonald's and Burger King and we chose to go there only for all that to happen and by the time we left I spent $23, had no food, and it was too late to try to go anywhere else. I will also be reaching out to the location directly, making a Facebook review, contacting someone through the app to get my money back, and whatever else I need to do. Read moreTo be honest, I would never recommend going to this Wendy's location ever!! I have never been so disgusted on how absolute horrible their customer service is. We waited in a drive through for almost 30 minutes with no one telling us their system is down or anything. We got to the first window to order and the lady was on her phone and didn't seem the slightest bit interested in serving us. There was plenty of people backed up waiting on their food. She told me to pull up and order. So we did and the second lady had us sit there another 15 minutes for 2 four 4 for 4's. I asked for their names as well as a recipient and they refused to speak at all. They didn't even give us the sauces we asked for. I've been to this Wendy's countless times and they always have a staff there that clearly doesn't want to even be there. Get it together, Wendy's! I will never bring my business back here ever again at this location!! They are super lucky I couldn't see their names so I could report them both to corporate!! As a former employee of fast food work environments, this just isn't it. None of them were even wearing any gloves during a global pandemic!! 🤮 Not to mention, we didn't even get the sweet tea we ordered. They gave us flat coke instead.. Read moreI visited this Wendy's on April 6th 2023 at 9:30 am to get a breakfast sandwich. The doors were locked even though the sign indicated the inside will open at 9:00 am..there were no cars in the drive thru so I drove up to place my order..The girl at the drive up window..yelled really loud and said WIILL YOU HOLD? I said yes..I sat there about 10 minutes and no one took my order, so I drove to the pickup window and asked the girl are yall taking orders yet...She then yelled again MA'AM I ASKED YOU TO HOLD!!!,,I then said don't even bother..I'll call Corporate to find out why customers are receiving this kind of treatment...The girl then yelled WHATEVER, WHATEVER, BYE...I then called the Corporate Office and spoke with a. Representative about this disturbing situation...and left my contact info and it's been 6 days and NO ONE has contacted me yet..This is soooo unacceptable...It seem as if Upper Management really doesn't care which is why the workers in the restaurants feel soooo comfortable treating customers...
