Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I come to this Wendy’s almost everyday or every other day for lunch and normally it’s a pretty decent staff, but every since the young Spanish lady with the glasses and two long ponytails been there every time I walk in she rude never wants to do her job and today before taking my order she pushed the order to the next employee to take . Look I’m saying this from a former general manager standpoint and I’m saying this because I seen it before, with that attitude and energy someone going to come in there that’s having a bad day as well and just over life and things going to get ugly she may get a drink right in the face sadly. She definitely needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills and learn to leave her outside problems at home . Hanging out in the restrooms and not during what you paid to due is a waste of payroll and she makes the rest of your employees look like trash when they very hard workers but I see she definitely bring down the energy in the...

Food is Wendy’s, it’s what you expect from any other Wendy’s. It tasted fresh and well made no complaints on the flavor/temp on the food. I did however get the wrong order but that didn’t matter because of the next part of my review….

Service: service is amazing to put it lightly. I mean when you go into a Wendy’s or any establishment for that matter you expect friendly service etc the usual. But these workers, specifically the lady at the front taking the orders was great. She was attentive, nice, very well spoken and didn’t rush us. I completely disregarded the fact I got the wrong order because they were just that nice. Plus it tasted good anyways! She answered in good detail all my questions on what each menu item had.

The atmosphere felt friendly and inviting.

I think the one thing that bothered me a bit was the lack of drink choices due to them being out of stock at the self serve fountain machine. But to be fair I did go in later in the evening after...

I ordered a mobile order to this place. When I came to the restaurant and ask for my order, nobody gave me an answer. I was telling them that I paid with my card on the mobile app, but they wanted me to pay again for it. After everything I showed them up the history from my app, and they saw the receipt on it. They told me to wait, so I did. After 20 minutes nobody gave me an answer still. The store manager was just giving me her back, trying not to pay attention on me. I asked to the lady in the front desk, is anyone going to help me for my order? She came to the manager and Asked her if she was going to help me. She did not say anything. She just walked around and kept cooking for other Costumers . I consider that someone has to talk to the store manager first cause they have always to help the costumer, she did not do anything.
