(Worst location in the area) Pulled up to place an order and the speaker make a crackling noise several times but there was no one talking (or, able to be heard) so I finally went to the window. An old lady (named Azra) was still in the process of walking over to the window/register area. I explained the speaker wasn't working. She said it was. So...no one cared to take an order? I ordered a Sour Cream & Chive potato and she said "Plain Potato, ok" and I said "Uhh no, sour cr.." but she said she knows she knows. Then some guy came over to collect the order information. I asked if they were doing the military discount. He said yes and asked for my military ID. I began to speak but he cut me off immediately like 2-3 times...saying "If you don't have ID I cant". Finally he shut up for a moment and I was able to say I do not have the ID because it is turned in upon discharge and that I'm a veteran and can show my DD214 page as proof of service. He once again became worked up and he was stammering/stuttering which may have been lessened if he calmed down. Anyway, he said he could only accept the ID. He said all he know is he was told if they don't have ID, don't give them a discount. He said he could discount it this time but not next time. But did he actually DO SO? No. My total was $2.39+.14= $2.53 regular price. A few cents isnt the issue...I just don't like dishonest behaviors. This store has a feel of getting you out of there as soon as possible as their goal. The staff seems to be 100% foreign people from India or something and the vibe is a bit cold. I was given the bag at the next window and the woman walked away immediately instead of making sure I didn't need further condiments. The potato was very hot and tasted fine. The water had a sour taste to it like some contents from the soda side leaked into the water.
The night shift had different guys the other day. During that visit I had pretty much the same order but I had to repeat it to the older guy who was standing around (supervisor?) because the young guy at the mic was busy taking the next order. The older guy handed me the bag and I was sent off without being given my frosty so I said "There was a small frosty, too. Half & half." and the older guy acted shocked and hovered around the young guy until the young guy confirmed it. My total was over $4 so of course it wasn't only a potato and almost no one is going to lie about ordering a small frosty. I guess they have a bad order-viewing system at this location. I'm not sure if it's that or a lack of competency.
Oh, the feedback coupon is a free Sandwich only and is only available if one buys a premium sandwich first. So, there's no low-fat or vegetarian-friendly option. ...
Read moreThis... This is just ridiculous. There's a reason I don't eat at Wendy's. It's been almost 10 years since I've eaten at a Wendy's and for good reason. I ordered through DoorDash and yeah, I left a review there, too. First off I ordered Wendy's because I hadn't had them in almost a decade and I can never say no to a BBQ based burger. So I figured, why not!? I wish I would've stayed away. I ordered the Large combo because I really wanted the strawberry frosty and I ordered a medium coke zero sugar... Should've gotten a small, jeez is that a lot of soda! ANYWAY! I wanted mayo on my burger as well as nowhere in my order did I say that I JUST WANTED MAYO! I don't know what is going on with their systems and if I'm the only one this has affected but you guys need to get that fixed. Who just wants to eat mayo bread!? Honestly!
On top of that my soda had no ice, it was flat as hell; the strawberry frosty made me cry. It was frothy and nothing but liquid! While McDonald's ice cream machine may not work, at least their shakes are thick! Let me not even mention the fries... Barely any in there, stale, dry and just... The only good thing in there were the cookies I had also ordered which was a huge surprise. This location should be ashamed for allowing themselves to give out food in such a state. Are you that lazy you can't make fresh food or get your systems updated? Deplorable.

However it will be a 50/50 chance that the workers here are in a good mood and will get your order right and even smile at you, or a horrible experience because she happened to wake up cranky and throws the tray with your food bouncing on the counter and yells at you when she asks you "what do you want" with a very rude attitude.
My mother was buying food of the drive thru with me on the passenger side, the window lady was so rude she got our order wrong 5 times! We had to park and go inside to order. When I got our order the two burgers had hair inside, I checked it right I front of the manager and I took a picture with my phone, he kept saying I had put it there even tho he had just seen me open it Infront of him. I told him I would call the company to complain if the order wasn't fixed, he quickly gave us brand new orders and two extra burgers to apologise. A waste of time sometimes and a good experience other times. I hope they decide to change this for the better...
