I bought 2 pizzas for my family and I in this location and got a 5 meat pizza that was soggy, soaked in insane amounts of oil, and had raw dough still. I got a Hawaiian pizza that literally had a couple of pieces of ham, a couple of pieces of pineapple, and hardly any cheese, all piled up in the center of the pizza. The pizza dough on that one was super hard. I got ripped off and was given 2 piles of trash for my money. I can understand if they were severely understaffed and made a mistake but when I picked up my "pizza", I counted 5 people in the back making pizzas. This was no mistake, just laziness, disrespect, lack of caring, and unprofessionalism. Little Cesar's claims to have a customer service department, I submitted my concerns online, and they said they would contact me. That was weeks ago and I haven't heard from anyone. They have bad food that can potentially make you sick, they aren't consistent with their food products, and their advertisements of customer service are a lie. It's my fault for believing in Little Cesar's. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that treats customers with more respect instead of Little Cesar's, which just takes your money and gives you a product that sometimes isn't even edible like in my case. Read moreManager is the worst! I often visit this installation and usually is pretty proficient. This was not the case today. One person was waiting, I ordered at 5:21pm two stuff crust. The female at the counter said it will be a few minutes. I sat there waited for about 20 minutes seeing people come and go then 30 min in, I approach the same cashier and asked her about my order. She states oh they will be out in few minutes. I waited 10 more minutes then asked for my money back and asked to speak to the manager. The female stated “yes talk to him because he’s the one who is baking them” She then proceeded to talk bad about her manager Jamie and basecly blaims him for everything but I witness her give the wrong order to people through out my wait. Now I’m taking with the manager Jaime... he was rude, condescending, and instead of actually hearing my concerns he walked away ignoring me! At least I found out that my pizzas were given to someone else. If they would of communicated the mishap I would of waited patiently or just got my refund sooner! Read moreSuper small space. Place was packed almost shoulder to shoulder. Despite the super busy atmosphere the cashier was super friendly. However, you could tell the pressure was getting to her. She rang up my order wrong but easily corrected it when I brought it to her attention. At this point I was told a 10 to 12 minute wait for 2 pizzas. 1 extra most pepperoni and 1 extra most cheese. Fast forward to 25 minutes later and I'm still waiting and about 5 or 6 customers that came in before me have already been served and left. When I confronted the cashier about it she acknowledged the wait time but unfortunately my extra best pepperoni was still not ready. At this point I was visibly frustrated and began to vocally vent my frustrations. However, the cashier was super cool and threw in a classic pepperoni on top of the one that I decided to take instead of waiting even longer.
