Mahogany's (as far as I know) is the only upscale dining establishment in the area open to the public. This doesn't mean the service, experience, food, or atmosphere are lessened in any way. I have to say the best thing about the place is that you can't pick a best thing. Of course it helps to have good company around to light up the night. My go-to entree is the Chicken with Field Mushrooms served over Mashed Potatoes. It's very nostalgic and fills you right up. Ask for the Harvest drink from the bar and taste Autumn (Apple Jack and more). I do recommend this dining establishment. Pictured is a Bree and pumpkin appetizer served with sourdough slices. All except the sourdough were Devine! Enough so not to complain about the...

Came in around 8:00pm, surprisingly a busy Tuesday for Visalia but wasn’t really busy when I came from my room to grab dinner. Needs work on bussing tables, and being attentive and/or welcoming to guest. Was told “what can I get you before the kitchen closes?” although I came 2 hours before the kitchen was scheduled to close. Very limited menu, and waited almost 30 minutes for just ordering a chocolate cake. Also was served a mule when I first sat but never asked if there was any other drink I wanted nor offered water or anything ( just the mule and chocolate cake , wasn’t a hot cake either a cold dessert so the wait time shouldn’t of been long…). Ended up order DoorDash rather then spending my money in the restaurant for a...

I enjoyed the food. I had a Groupon for mahogany's so we walked up to the side with the sign that said mahogany's. The lady in there said "what do you want". I was confused and said we wanted to get food & she said if we were 21. I said I wasn't and she told us to go next door, to the restaurant, labeled something else. I'm pretty sure they're the same thing though becuase they took my mahogany's Groupon. I just found it kind of rude to ask "what do you want" to us, just becuase we look young. The other staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the food was good. I would otherwise give it five stars, but I was really put off after...

Grabbed some dinner here while visiting from out of town. The food was tasty, as I had ordered the Bruschetta Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries. Food came out well cooked & in a timely manner. The pesto mayo on it made it taste even better! The service was good. Our server, Cory, was clearly very busy, but he always checked in on us & made sure we had everything we needed. Atmosphere was alright. It’s what you can expect from a hotel restaurant in this area. Would I eat here again? Maybe… if this is the most convenient option or if I wanted to try something else from the limited & pricey menu. Otherwise, I’d find another place to eat if possible.
