Wendy's — Restaurant in Visalia

We placed an order online using their app because the ad said you would get a 6 piece order of their new spicy chicken nuggets for free for downloading and using the app. The only reason we were even eating there was because it was the first day they brought their spicy chicken nuggets back and my son loved them when they had them before.

For starters, the code they gave didn't work. When I told the worker what happened he was nice and said he was pretty sure they could give it to me but had to check with his manager. Well the manager said no, she couldn't do anything without a coupon. I told her it was a code given online for using the app as a way of promoting ordering online, but she didn't care and would not give us the free 6 piece nuggets. Normally this would not upset me too much but today it did. Mainly because when I got there and told the worker I placed and order thru their app, he looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. Oh and when you order thru the app you don't receive an order or receipt number. I basically had to give him my order all over again and he looked it up that way.

I got to Wendy's about 25 mins after placing my order and figured it would be done or at the very least in the process of being cooked! So I had to wait there for about 20 mins while they made our order. Overall, the food was ok. It would have been better if it was warm when we ate it. We literally live 8 mins from this Wendy's and it was cold by the time we got it home, which tells me it wasn't that hot to begin with.

So we will not be ordering off their app again. And if we do eat Wendy's again, we will have to eat there so the food...

They chose the worst possible site to build this place at. It goes completely against the natural flow of traffic. Had this store been built right across the street like where KFC is or something, they would be doing 5x the business at least. Store performance is clearly going to be lower than most Wendy's but i have no association with the business nor do I know any of the employees or anything. But i guarantee it's whoever decided to put a Wendy's in that exact location that screwed up and crippled that stores potential to thrive. Otherwise, heck ye Wendy's. They have the best fries on the planet imo. They often have really good deals on shakes by buying the little coupon packs or the Keychain card promotions. Plus the 5dollar and 6 dollar meal bags are a tremendous bargain. A burger fries nuggets and a soda for like 6.50 after tax. Can't beat that...

Would not recommend the Wendy’s location of noble in Visalia, CA. I was attended with very poor customer service and attitude coming from the cashier I was attended by, while simply asking to exchange my soda for a lemonade before I was even given it, I was told there was a 50 cent extra cost fee and when paying the fee the cashier had excuses on why not too stating I need to do re-do the whole order which sounds completely absurd! I was rushing so I did not get the time to do so but employee did not have a name tag either therefore I’m going to take a picture of my receipt In hopes of management taking actions to correct their employees because I feel as if I was bugging.
