Starbucks — Restaurant in Vista

If I could give this Starbucks zero I would!! This Starbucks sucks!! Went to the drive through and pulled in behind a Tesla with 2 white teen girls in it.. for some reason they started to back in to me and almost hit my car! They got so close that my cars parking sensors were going off so I honked at them!! The two girls thought it was funny and were laughing the whole time they were ordering mind you I had my 12 year old in the passenger seat next to me. I heard the barista ask them if someone honked through the intercom and the girl replied “yeah they honked at me” and proceeded to laugh once again. As they were driving to the window they proceeded to back in to me again and almost hit me for a second time! They continued to laugh while driving to the window! After I ordered and pulled behind them I got out of my car and calmly asked them if they were backing into me on purpose and they replied “no I forgot to put my car in drive”so I told them to be more careful next time because they almost hit me twice . While they were getting their drinks I could see the barista who was a tall male teenager with a nose piercing and blond curly hair talk to them and heard him tell them “I’m sorry that happened to you! Here take your card back the drinks are on me!” As the two girls were still laughing! When I pulled up to the window he walked away and a short girl with curly hair in a pony tail and black T shirt said to me “unfortunately we don’t like the way you treated the customers in front of you so we’re not going to serve you” I told them that I have a child in the car and they backed into me twice!! I simply asked them if they were doing it on purpose and wasn’t yelling at them but the barista said “that’s fine but we still unfortunately don’t feel comfortable serving you” as I was driving away I heard the male employee say “thank you I didn’t want to deal with her!”I got so mad because I know for a fact that those 2 teen girls were doing it on purpose and if they weren’t they were wreckless and the employees at Starbucks chose to be nice to the teen girls in a Tesla instead of me. Like how was in the wrong? Was I supposed to let them hit my car twice while my daughter was next to me? Those 2 employees need to get fired asap!! By no means should those 2 teen be working there or the 2 teens in the Tesla be getting free drinks for almost hitting people behind them especially when there is a child in the car!! When I asked to speak to the manager the shorter girl with black curly hair said she was the assistant manager!! If that is how she handles things she needs to get fired !! I drove to another Starbucks after where actual adults work and told them what happened and they agreed that I did nothing wrong. I made the mistake of showing up too early on 10/15/18 so I waited in the parking lot for 4:30am. At 4:26am one of two employees driving a silver Prius pulled into the parking lot then one minute later the other one shows up driving a dark colored SUV racing through the parking lot to get to work on time. So I waited three minutes till 4:30 when they open but since they both got there late I figured I would give them ten more minutes. 4:42 and I start my way to the drive-thru entrance and make eye contact with the taller of the two employees. Well I get to the ordering menu and wait and wait and wait for a couple of minutes but no one asks me a thing so I say "hello?" dead silence. So I drive around to the front and i don't see anybody and I feel like they're hiding from me. If I made a mistake by coming to early wouldn't it a good idea to tell people that the store hours have changed or maybe notify the person in the car that they were early? I was there around 4:15 pm, Monday, November 6. Baristas were great: upbeat and ready to serve - just the way I like it. For Starbucks, that's part of the job description and these baristas took it to heart. My drink was served exactly as I asked for it - off the menu with a little extra ice and extra whip.

My only complaint - and I have this complaint with most drive-thru Starbucks stores - is that the drive-thru lacks signage. The exit is marked clearly, but the only entrance 'sign' seems to be the height sign for tall vehicles. Other than that, there's nothing that yells, "Right here! This is it!" Kinda annoying to have to drive around and case the building just to locate the entrance to the drive-thru. But that's a beef better directed to Starbucks Corporate. As for this Starbucks, I...
