Had a couple of drinks here the other day with a buddy and we even ordered a couple of food items off the menu. First off I noticed it was a bit warm inside, though I was wearing a long-sleeve sweatshirt.

Seating inside the main room is minimal but they do have a whole other side of the building with tables and chairs that appeared to be empty, so that might be overflow when needed. We sat at a two-person high-top table.

I ordered the Lychee Guava cocktail. It was okay but not very sweet. I didn't taste much gin or lychee unfortunately. My buddy ordered a seltzer which tasted as most seltzers do. I also ended up ordering a beer, which only came in a half pour...which was due to its limited availability? Something to keep in mind, but a half pour was what I was looking for at that moment, so it's all good!

We also ordered the Oxtail Birria Fries and Pork Belly Bites. Both were outstanding. The pork belly came covered with a lot of toasted peanuts and the (hoisin aioli or peanut?) sauce around it was delicious. The oxtail birria was very tasty and the fries had the adequate crunch a dish like this requires. When cutting into the sunny-side up egg on top, it golden yolk ran over the potatoes and mixed with the birria gravy - oh so good!

Chatting with my buddy was a bit difficult. The voices echo in this room very loudly and it's hard to carry on a good conversation if its busy inside so be aware of that. I can't imagine what it's like to watch a game here but I can see one losing their voice lol.

Can't wait to come back and try a different cocktail and more food. I see the reviews are great so there's a lot to unpack here and it all...

Environment is nice, sat outside (had our dog with us), glass fire pits work great, nice evening to enjoy some happy hour drinks and food. However, service was so bad we had to leave. Started with our first drink order; my old fashion came right out, wife's wine was a no show. Waited for several minutes (~10 min or so), decided to go inside and check. Nothing - told that it was poured but must have been delivered to wrong table. Then the street tacos we ordered came a short while later. Delivered with no utensils/napkins so we asked the server for napkins please. We finished our tacos, no napkins ever came. Finally, a server was delivering to the table next to us and we flagged him down for napkins. Meanwhile, we finished our original drinks, sitting with empty glasses for the longest time and no one approached us to ask how things were, would we like another drink, any more food, nothing. We were planning to order more food/drinks but not at an establishment that isn't going to help us. Servers were helping other tables around us (there were three other parties on the patio) but the servers are single-threaded; help one table then right back inside, wouldn't even look in our direction (seemed like they purposely avoid...

Mmmm not so much fam. I mean, probably top 5 restaurants in the area, but nothing I’d return to. Happy hour slightly worth it, but I wasn’t wowed over the beer selections and food was very mediocre. Cesar salad was very pretty but not good. The dressing was nasty. Water glasses (or the water) smelled horrible. The fries were too crispy and not hot , we ordered fries at happy hour and tried again during dinner. Spicy chicken was tasty, but too much bun for chicken ratio. Fold liked the smash burger, although the bacon was dry dry like it was cooked HOURS ago. The wings were okay. Blue cheese dressing was not. Tacos; the meat was good but cost was INSANE! $8/ taco and you can not mix for the deal price. Super disappointing. Every plate lacked food presentation. Place was clean. Nothing cute about the atmosphere. There is outdoor seating with fire pits. This place seems to be good for the taproom space, quick bite type. Came in on a Sunday evening. Happy hour 3-6pm taproom and patio only. On...

Stopped in to PREY for the first time. Our server suggested the pork belly mac & cheese as well as pork belly bites. Let me tell you they were delicious. The Mac and cheese is packed with pork belly, chorizo, smoked Gouda and jalapeño pangrattato. So many different flavors and it all comes together beautifully. Next up was the pork belly bites. Marinated and cooked overnight. Then placed on a bed of coleslaw. The pork belly is fall apart in your mouth delicious, literally. So good. These two items were a meal themselves. So I will be back soon to taste the rest of them menu. Full bar and drinks are awesome. Had a whiskey 🥃 sour. So good.
