Best Pizza & Brew Vista — Restaurant in Vista

Went in with my boyfriend and we ordered two separate orders one after another at 7:25. We sat outside until about 7:40 but then came in to wait. Ordered 2 pizzas for the first order and just a slice with salad and garlic knotts for the second. We waited until about 8:06 and decided to ask the front if our pizza was ready to which they replied it was ready 20 minutes ago, which is funny considering we never heard our names called and literally sat there looking for it for about 20 minutes inside. Why ask for a name if you're not going to call it? The slide with salad and garlic knotts were under the same name and ordered within the same minute but when we asked about that they said they hadn't started it. If the pizza was ready 20 minutes ago why would you not start the next order? Not sure about the thought process of the owner or the employees in that. They also helped tons of people that ordered us so they definitely just forgot and couldn't own up to it or help us further so we had to wait another 15 minutes, making it a grand total of 55 minutes that we waited for mediocre, soggy, and lukewarm pizza that cost us $70. This sucks cause we really like best pizza but we don't plan on coming back. Definitely go to pizza port instead if you're trying to...

I worked in customer service for years & it’s a dying breed (RIP) but Hannah at this Best location? I wish I could clone her. She gets it. Polished, people-oriented, pleasant? I’m in.

She introduced me and my pickleball-tired friends to the dessert menu?! (Who knew?) intuitively and observantly aware of our table’s needs — and didn’t make a big fuss or ask for anything back? Girl you’ve won me for life 😂

(Don’t leave without the cookie thing + ice cream or the brownie thing + ice cream — you can’t go wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️)

Love Best Pizza and all its familiarity and wonder, but she took the cake tonight and after years of coming by in south O and Vista, Cardiff while camping — I gotta say thanks to her bosses bc she gets it.

Food was great; we had the Best White and the Special pizzas, Korean and BBQ wings. The beers were good, too. One ding for service has to be explained. Everyone was friendly and helpful but they got the beer order wrong, delivered one wrong wings order, and it just took a really long time to get the second wings and the second pizza brought to the table. Informed the server that the wings were the wrong ones. We got to keep them, buffalo wings, on the house and they were tasty, too. A beer order was wrong which they corrected, and we got to keep the wrong one as well. Appreciate the no hassle corrections to our order and we weren't in a hurry to make a show like Moonlight so the long time between food delivery didn't matter but it would be a problem if pressed for time. The restaurant is modern, clean, open-air noisy, kids and dog friendly. Really like the private table for a group of 10 which is a tiny bit less noisy, and the very cool gigantic rectangular fire pit outside around which 15-20 people can sit, drink, and eat. Would...
