Been a while but the service has decreased 7x since I used to be here regularly... Fair warning for those considering a quick bite.
Ordered two footlong Subs with a protein (1 steak, 1 bacon), egg and cheese for pickup. I arrived home, bit into my steak sub and noticed a lack of egg.. and toast on the edges... And as I ate, a lack of cheese.. and freshness. The other sub sadly was the same, with many missing ingredients. When I picked it up they said nothing about my missing ingredients, or maybe a broken toaster. My number is on the receipt.. they did not reach out while making it either.
No one was was there in the shop when I arrived, it wasn't busy... No subs were being made. I can't see a good reason my subs were missing 2/3 of the ingredients in it's name... Let alone the rest of the order. And management didn't seem to care to reach out either (I sure did). With no explanation from anyone, I don't wish to return here. Their attitude and care is clear. It's been years I've been a customer, but there's better options by far if this is how...

There have been several times that I have been dissatisfied with the way this place has been run and I've thought about leaving this review before. I wouldn't do this sort of thing normally, but today pushed me over the edge.
I waited for a total of 30 minutes today behind one customer. This customer ordered more than 8 sandwiches and there was only one person on staff at the time. The other came back from lunch early to help with the amount of backup that had been occurring. Every time I come here and its like this I don't get angry at the people working behind the counter because they are doing the best they can, and they are working fast to get what needs to be done done.
I wholeheartedly believe that there is a huge management problem and a huge disconnect with the people that run this place with how the operations actually work. I'm only writing this review because I'm hoping that someone in management at this restaurant might actually change the way things are working and think about the experience they are creating for their employees, which then extends to your customer. I hope you fix this, for now I'll travel the extra mile to the next subway...

She loaded the sandwich with all the fixings in the center and when she cut the bread she ripped the bread in multiple places on the 12" sandwich. Her attitude was so poor. She had this look on her face like she was band to the deepest, darkest place in hell....called Subway! If you dont like the place you're working at then hey....pretend to because frankly no body cares. We are coming to the establishment for food or whatever, not for your bad teenage attitude. The place was nasty too. Cutting board dirty and veggies and tuna all over. The place was not busy at all. There were 2 people working there and not one of them was concerned with the cleanliness of the place. I will not...
