Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vista

Most of the staff that works here at Taco Bell are very nice with the exception of one Mexican woman that works here in the morning I went in and asked for a cup of hot water so I can make a tea that I had and she refused me my friend bought me a cup of coffee as I didn't have any change at the moment he brought the coffee to the table where it was a little more than half full I went back to complain and ask her if she could put some more coffee in the cup she's in refused me again I barked at her please put some more coffee in the cup whereupon I was flipped the bird and told f* you well I was I was pretty shocked by this and reported it to the manager and told him that I've never had a problem with any of the other staff there why do I have to contend with one individual that's this difficult so I don't know what happened with her I haven't been back there and several days but if she doesn't get reprimanded for this I'm definitely calling corporate and...

This is the worst taco bell in the whole state if ca. I Ordered a 6$ box Gordita with soft taco, no sour cream and no tamatoe. For sure they put nasty sour cream in it, and they most likely put stuff in it which wasnt food, because both my dog and I got real sick. To top it off the soft taco was cold as ice, and the black guy who took the order was laughing at us the whole time as if they new they put something in the food. Also I know that This place is ran by possibly the worst manager i've ever heard of Charlene, thats right I know because as soon as she left the Taco bell by sizlers in oceanside , that taco bell was 10 times better. Now this one is pure patrocious! Due to the imcopetent people she has working here! Horrible workers! Prob. not all,but its not their fault they have to put up with this type...

Since I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone, unfortunately have to leave this here. Online order for pickup, paid for 4 of the new limited Disha hot sauces ($1 total), only got 1. I even glanced in the bag quick before I drove off and saw the ONE Disha packet so figured it was fine. Got home and they shorted me the 3, plus shorting me on Hot sauce packets. Not a huge deal, everything else was accurate, but if I'm paying for hot sauce, I expect to get it. 75¢ or not. Not the same as not getting the free sauce packets. What a rip off. Do that all day and Taco Bell is making significant money on shorting us. Called 4 times in a 40 minute period and nobody is answering.
