Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Voorhees Township

I’ve always been a fan of BWW and when this BWW Go opened a few miles from my house, I was ecstatic. I’ve been a happy customer up until today. I ordered 20 mild wings with ranch, blue cheese and celery/carrots on the app for the Eagles game tonight. I got home with my food and was presented with a box of cold, shriveled up wings with literally no sauce on them whatsoever, a bag with 2 little pieces of celery and one baby carrot. To say I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. I usually am not one to complain or write bad reviews, but for $29.99 for 20 wings, these wings were borderline inedible. It’s as if the wings were made in bulk earlier in the day and they were just sitting under a heat lamp drying out until they were ordered. Stop through to try a new place after leaving Walmart. Ordered online and picked up. The gentleman who grabbed our takeout had good customer service. As far as the food, loved the All American burger and the potato wedges but the wings were nothing to brag about. Will return for the burger in the future.

11/7/24 - Stop through again but this time at Voorhees. Ordered online got the burgers and no wings. Potato wedges and and Burger was great. Maybe better than last time. Customer service was great. The only con was that I have the promotion to get 6 wings for my birthday but I could just click them and add them to the order. It seems that all locations don't participate on the offer and you have to call the location. I am doing an online order and not calling in. Would be nice if it were easier to use the offer. Good afternoon Google Family. I enjoyed my first visit here. I have tried to come here before but I'm thinking I must have been too early. They open around 11 am and I always come here in the shopping center to work out at the Edge and I must have left too early. I asked the associate how long have they been there and she said they have been open since January of 2024. Its dark in there and I didn't think they were open. But they were open. But its okay, now I know. I ordered food for my mom and I. We ate potato wedges and chicken nuggets and the nuggets came with fries. I asked them to put the sauce on the side, not on the items. And they did. I ordered barbecue sauce and honey mustard sauce. When I arrived home, Mom and I ate the lunch and we truly enjoyed it. I don't usually eat fast food, since I eat healthy, but I can have one cheat day. Good night...
