First n last time I will eat from here!! I used to eat panda back in the 90s early 00s when it was in the mall so I know how the food is "supposed" to taste n this wasn't it. I was out late running errands n I grabbed food about 15 mins before they closed...maybe thats where I went wrong. When I got it home n the noodles were completely dry n stuck together in a huge clump, the sesame chicken n walnut shrimp were soggy n dry n the green beans were hard as a rock. If the food is inedible near closing time bc it has been sitting for multiple hours without being replaced then it is the managers responsibility to step in n decide if they should serve it to people. Or simply use some good judgement n think if they would eat it or not. If they would've told me the food was old I would have appreciated the honesty n went elsewhere. I had no other choice but to eat it bc it was after 9pm n everything I had at home needed to be defrosted n cooked. I didn't eat the whole container I choked down just enough to satisfy my hunger before bed. I was awoken the next morning about 15mins before my alarm went off at 7am with terrible stomach cramps. I felt like I was in labor!! I won't give TMI so I'll just say I spent the next half hour in the bathroom n then about an hour n a half after that in bed in a cold sweat nauseous n writhing around in pain. I couldn't go to work. It eventually eased up but I had intestinal cramping n waves of nausea On n off throughout the day. I didn't have a fever or any other symptoms n by 7pm I started to feel a bit better so it wasn't a virus. It was enough to turn me off of panda...
Read moreFirst let me say that my experience at Panda Voorhees could have been better. The server a very big woman was unnecessarily loud when we entered the establishment with her greeting. She scared us! As I looked over the menu options I watched that same server as she spoke saliva sprayed out of her mouth all over the customers plate meal. I was completely turned off! Not to mention Her uniform was very unkempt and dirty. I did not allow her to serve my family. Thank goodness another server instead took my order who was quite pleasant and explained the menu options, premium choices, and sizes, bowl, plate, bigger plates, a la carte boxes. I waited for a fresh batch of food. The noodles were too dry and had too much cabbage not enough sauce! I did not choose that option. Instead I went with steamed rice, grilled teriyaki, and Beyond orange chicken since all of these dishes came out fresh! My son had a kids meal. Hubby had a bigger plate super greens, kung pao and beyond orange. We did enjoy our meals. The meals were delicious. Management please address the issue mention above and please have your employees wear a mask or not YELL over the food. I prefer to have my food with sauce and not human saliva! Also, the restrooms were...
Read moreUpdate: went on 4/21/23- terrible and I walked right out. First the asian manager was so RUDE to one of the customers and shouting with him. The manager talks aggressively to the customers... SHAME on you! So when I asked if they could make something FRESH he stated no. I walked right out and I encourage the same.
Customer service SHOULD always come FIRST...not saying they the customers are always right but if I am spending my money I should get FRESH food. Food should ALWAYS BE FRESH...not just sitting there looking like it needs to be turned or the coating looking soggy. DO BETTER PANDA ..
Your ratings are not that good so you think you would satisfy the customers. Since this male manager(loud mouth,)the service is trash. Workers are good but the manager could make the entire place go down. I will be reporting to the higher ups. My daughter use to work their so I will find out whom I need to speak with.
Love their food,...
