I HAVE to preface this by saying, I work in the service industry. I work with demanding, rude customers on the daily. So in turn, I'm very understanding with mistakes and such whenever I go out to eat or anything. HOWEVER, I literally just had the WORST customer service of my life. DARLENE the cashier, took my order at the speaker, 2 coffees and a tea, and told me to come to the window. I come to the window, and she asked me to repeat my order... ok. I repeat it and pay, and she asks me to drive around to the front and she would bring it out to me, fine. I get it. It gets busy. I'VE BEEN THERE. I sit in front of the store for ten minutes, watching everyone in the drive thru line behind me leave with their orders no problem. So she comes outside and says she FORGOT MY ORDER. AGAIN. after I already paid for it. Had I not paid for it, I would have left. I repeat my order. Wait another five minutes. She gives me my drinks, and my chai tea was cold. not warm, cold. I literally went inside to have her fix it because I was so annoyed. I waited 15 minutes for three drinks, it would have been nice if they were prepared correctly. When I asked her why she had served everyone behind me in line and kept me waiting, she said she was the only one working. Which is understandable, but why was I the only one brushed to the side as if it didn't matter that she wasted MY time as opposed to everyone else? Incompetent. Rude. Read moreThis is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It is very unfortunate that this location's employees do not know how to talk to customers at all and I have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location to be treated respectfully. If customer service were a joke, it would be this place you would go to. Constantly being talked over and interrupted as I'm trying to place my order, asking me questions about my order that I'm about to answer if they were to just listen to what I'm trying to say. This happens almost every time I have visited this location as well as hearing the employees' conversations with each other without turning their microphone off. They'll tell you one moment as they finish their conversation amongst themselves before taking your order. Then they'll keep harboring you for what you want if you can't decide quickly enough. After which, they will almost immediately forget the entirety of your order. And if your order needs to be fixed because of a mistake they made, the attitude and rolling of the eyes is unbelievable as a customer just trying to get what I ordered. Is that too much to ask from the employees to actually do their job which is CUSTOMER SERVICE. The attitude and morale of this store is just sad. Please do something to fix this. Read moreA week ago , I met some friends on Saturday. I purchased a coffee and a doughnut, and sat down at a table with three friends. When I placed my coffee on the table, it tilted over, causing my coffee to fly up in the air and splash all over me and the floor. The employees couldn’t have cared less except for the one who replaced my coffee. They seemed more resentful that they had to mop up the mess than concerned that their customer could have been severely burned or that there was a table that rocked so badly that it posted danger to its customers. I returned to the same Dunkin’ Donuts today, and my friends told me the table appeared to be repaired. When I went to sit down with my coffee at the table again, it tilted, causing my hot coffee to splash all over me and completely soak my pants and burn my hands. As it turns out, the table had not been repaired. The employees had simply crumpled up some napkins, and put them under the base of the table in an attempt to to balance it. There was no acknowledgment by the store employees of what happened. No apology, no inquiry as to whether I was okay, no offer to have my clothes cleaned, not even an offer to replace my coffee.
