Taylor is genuinely the absolute best. My daughter and I have been going to her since 2022. Taylor has done two sets of earlobe piercings for my daughter, my nose ring, and she also has done repiercing and jewelry changes for both of us. Taylor is warm, kind, and is the type of person who immediately makes you feel comfortable in her presence. She is also a true professional who is passionate about what she does. She takes safety standards seriously. Her studio space has always been immaculately clean and her beautiful new place at Solstice is no exception (congratulations again!!). During piercing, Taylor is so calm and patient; she always explains exactly what she’s going to do before she does it. There are never any surprises - she will let you know how it will feel and how your body might react to it. She is excellent with education on how to care for your piercings and she is also super responsive if you have any questions afterwards (for example, my daughter had needed longer bars in her first set of ear piercings, and Taylor quickly identified the issue and got us in to swap them out).
