Culver’s — Restaurant in Wabash

Well, I'm not sure where the review went. But my visit on 8-3-2024 was the final straw. I see that Culvers management team found it positive. It was not. I will leave this review and maybe be less tongue and cheek. The service was great. The wife's food for the 2nd time (Beef Pot Roast Dinner) was not edible. Whatever has changed with the Beef Pot Roast to make the meat "Slimey" is to much. And being served a burger that I had to finish "building" myself because one patty came on the burger and one came later in a "Boat" after I told them it was not a double and I ordered a double. Culvers Wabash location you have let me down for the last time. I have had great service every time I have been there. The food for which I am purchasing has been hit or miss. I am sorry because I like this location but I can not continue to be a patron. I am so disappointed. Service is good but you have to have something worth serving to make it worth my while. Such a shame as prior to the most recent remodel this really was a great Culvers location. Guess we'll just enjoy the Fort Wayne Times Corners location from...

Well butter my buns and call me a cheese curd, Culver's is hands down the crown jewel of the Midwest dining scene. I took one bite of that juicy ButterBurger and it was like a Wisconsin dairy farm threw a party in my mouth. And don't even get me started on the frozen custard—if I had a nickel for every time I went back for seconds, I'd have enough to fund my own Culver's franchise.

The friendly folks behind the counter? Bless their hearts, they treated me like family right from the get-go, even though it was my first time through the door. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I tried the cheese curds. Let me tell you, if I could marry those golden, gooey bites of heaven, I would.

So if you're in the mood for a meal that'll make your heart sing and your taste buds do a happy dance, hightail it to Culver's. Five stars? Heck, I'd give it five cows and a tractor if I could. Go there and...

Cashier wanted to play games with handing me the cups for drinks. He pulled them away 3 times. He then offered to my son who wasn’t interested in the game. I reached again and he pulled them away.. Wow! It kinda set in this isn’t how one should be treated. I then wanted to get the order to go. I asked for to go and then the cashiers asked why I changed. I then asked for a manager as I had enough. He then out load said get a manger there is. Customer complaint against him. He was upset. My son went to the car. Those working agreed and did there best to refund my money. They didn’t know how to credit my card and gave me cash finally.. I thanked the employees who helped.
