KFC — Restaurant in Wabash

I dont like to be one to complain & nit-pick about something unless it’s something that keeps happening, that’s when I have to speak up & say something in hopes that it will promote a positive ending.You know KFC is awesome but I do get frustrated when you spend 35$ & you can’t even get butter or honey unless you ask,& then you only get a couple packets. The meal is supposed to feed 4 people so why cant we get 4 butter & 4 honey packets & napkins? Also we always order 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy. The last couple of times I’ve gotten home & have 2 potatoes but only 1 gravy??! Idk what that’s about. And we ordered a cake we didn’t get. I had to get it the next day because it was late And they were closing soon . The quality of the food is always good just wish that they were more aware of what kind of condiments should go with the order and pay a little more attention to the order so we don’t have to call the store or drive back to get what wasn’t put in the bag. I know I have learned that you should always check your order BEFORE you leave the drive thru window makes it easier on yourself and the people preparing your order. I hope that this will help the employees be more courteous and mindful when providing service to the public. Thank you...

Update: I should have read this review again before ordering this evening. All I can say is that they are consistent crappy food 5 years on .

Very rarely have I ever been to a KFC that I didn't enjoy the food. Unfortunately this changed Saturday evening at this KFC. Ordered the new 6 piece boneless chicken breasts and was told I would have to wait. Not a big deal was told it was only going to be 7 minutes. 30 minutes later after sitting in the drive and idling in cold weather I get my food and head on down the road. Sneaking my hand into one of the bags I sampled My potato wedges they were hot but not entirely done, not the first time that's happened but I was a little concerned. I got home and proceeded to dish out supper and discovered that my chicken breasts we're done not in what I consider original recipe or crispy they were just flavorless coating on chicken breast. They were soggy and had no savor.

I can forgive having to wait on a meal they were busy and according to the guy at the window at the time a new product that was being sold a lot there. I can't forgive just crappy food though.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 16 pieces extra crispy with two large mashed potatoes, two large green beans, and a large coleslaw. I get home, and it's two large gravy, two large mashed potatoes, and one large coleslaw. I talked to the manager on the phone, and he said he would replace the whole meal for me. The other manager who came to the window gave me the two large green beans and didn't replace the entire meal. And I live outside of Wabash had to go back and our food was going to be cold. And I told her that, and the manager who replaced the two large green beans just looked at me like she was dumbfounded and wasn’t comprehending what I was telling her.
