We wanted to try a local place for a quick bite. The clerk was friendly enough. They had to take our cards to another room to run the charges. There's no fountain drinks, it is broken so everything is in a small fridge. The decor was fun. There's a turtle at the counter in a way too small aquarium! We got bento boxes and tempura vegetables. The coating tasted like pancake batter and they need to change the oil in their deep fryer. The rice is weird, flavorless and inedible. California roll was decent enough but they fell apart and had to eat with a spoon. Crab Rangoon had cream cheese but no crab or seasoning in the soggy, greasy wrap, again with more of that oil that needs to be changed. Overall a great waste of $20.

I eat here often. Both the sushi and the Chinese dishes are exceptional and very fairly priced. Aside from that, the family who owns and runs the restaurant is so nice and provides great customer service. I’m very happy they decided to move to Wabash. Update: I tried the General’s Chicken for the first time last night. It was recommended as something new for me to try. They make it a little spicy, the way is should be! Too many midwestern places just make it overly sweet and without the heat. It was delicious!

Would never have expected to find such great sushi in Wabash! It was very fast and tasted great. I got two classic rolls: spicy white tuna and honey peanut avocado. I had never seen a honey peanut avocado roll anywhere, and it was delicious. My family also got a Fantastic Roll, Play Boy Roll, and Hibachi chicken. Everyone loved thier meals, especially the sushis. The staff was really friendly as well and got us our food quickly. Would recommend swinging by!

There are MAJOR issues here. One the building is falling apart inside and out and the owners don’t seem to care. Two the staff seem half awake. They answer everything with a nearly in decipherable mutter. In fact one worker was sleeping at the front right behind the cash register. Three, and this is a big one, the awkwardness. There is an unbearable silence the entire time you eat here. There is zero music playing. And while you chow down the guy at the front desk will likely be watching you and over hearing your conversation. Four, the cleanliness. Our table was sticky. I kept my arms off the table so they wouldn’t stick. This is not somewhere I would order sushi from. If they can’t clean the tables do you really expect they store the sushi in a...

I’m not one who usually gives mediocre reviews to people or places but….The food was alright, food service wasn’t, not very friendly or talkative at all, the atmosphere was pretty as in visually, but everything was quiet inside, not very upbeat music. I felt quite uncomfortable eating there inside the building. The staff was very quiet and not that friendly yet between the two of them they had been suspiciously giggling to each other throughout the whole time I was there, which I thought was weird and looking at me. Probably won’t be ordering again from this place unless its through drive-through. I would rather go to a more friendly and atmospheric place like Yamato in Warsaw or Sakura in...
