My 12 year old daughter did the Wall of Flame and after completing — their camera was broke, the waitress took a picture on her phone and a week later still nothing. My husband went in and the manager assured him it would be fixed and bring her back in. She was not even aware of the waitress who took the picture. Went back and looked at the security tapes. We waited a week and a half, and still nothing. She said the owner was aware.... but no camera what a joke. She said she found the picture and was going have it developed. Sure. The whole thing was a joke, other than the 16 wings we had to buy to get her a tshirt and her picture on the wall. It was a big deal to our 12 year old as her class mate did it. Obviously not a big deal to this franchise, during or after.. She also waited 5 minutes for a glass of milk when she was done. We will get wings somewhere else. Update - in response to the reply, we were told “the rules” and perhaps we could have been told the camera was broke at that time. The waitress was, well about that the camera its broke but took her picture with her phone when she determined we were not happy with that answer. She didn’t pass on to the manager, she knew anything about 4 days later. The manager promised it would be fixed immediately and watched the security tape to determine our waitress. I guess the waitress didn’t take it seriously. We went back a week and a half later and the manager had the picture from the employee but still hadn’t done anything with it nor was the new camera. If something would have actually been fixed by that visit either a camera or already printed off but it wasn’t. If we would have said nothing, it would still be in the waitresses phone. Our daughter just turned 12 and talked herself into doing this as we had ate there a few days prior. She invited two of her siblings to be her cheer team, so it was a real downer after she finished her 16 wings that she wouldn’t have her Polaroid snapped and placed on the Wall. Followed by two stops with nothing posted. However, I’ll gladly stop in to see...
Read moreWe had a very bad customer service experience today. We arrived with 7 people(one child) around 6:10 pm. We sat in the corner to stay out of other customers way while we waited for a large table to open. Multiple 2-4 top tables were served while we waited. About 25-30 minutes into our waiting another large group came in they had 8 at least 4 under 9 years old. They were very loud and obnoxious but we knew we were getting closer to being seated and tried our best to ignore them. The hostess even commented how glad she was that we were being so understanding about our wait. Finally at 7 pm a large group got up to leave. We were all hungry after waiting nearly an hour. The hostess seated another small group but let us know as soon as she was done she would start cleaning our table. We thanked her and continued waiting. We talked about how grateful we were to have a table ready. The hostess came back and told us that we would have to wait longer because the next table that would open would be a little smaller and the other group would not fit as well. We were all shocked and I let the hostess know that that was very ridiculous. She did not even apologize as we left. Not planning to go back...
Read moreI've been here several times hoping for a good experience. They have a good selection of beer and the prices are about average. The food has always been a bit of a disappointment though. The green bean fries are very good but everything else we have had is just "ok."
We decided to try it again today, in spite of the kids complaining they didn't want to go there anymore. We were all happy to discover some modest improvements in the selection of sauces and an Improvement in the nacho cheese sauce. The chicken itself still is fairly mediocre but the sauces helped. The curly fries were very good, especially with the new nacho cheese sauce.
All in all, it's an ok place and I'm glad to see it's putting in an effort toward continual...
