This place has gone downhill. If I could give 0 stars I would. The waitress was new, which was fine since she let us know upfront. We expected to be patient and as understanding as possible. We ordered the queso/guac duo, nachos, a burrito, and the smokehouse fajitas right away since we knew exactly what we wanted. First, we only got the queso about 15-20 min in and were halfway done eating it when we had to ask where the guac was. The waitress looked confused and didn’t seem to know the menu, which is understandable since it’s only her 5th day. But she brings out the guac pretty quickly. A good 10-15 more minutes go by and our food is coming out. We received the nachos, burrito, and what looked like regular beef fajitas with nothing on the side (literally just some fajitas with onion and bell pepper, no tortillas or anything with it.) Now mind you, the smokehouse fajitas are supposed to have the following: Texas-sized fajita platter with chipotle ribs, jalapeño sausage, braised carnitas, shredded beef brisket and a grilled jalapeño. Served with honey chipotle and jalapeño-BBQ sauces, hand-pressed flour tortillas, pico de gallo, cheese, Mexican rice and choice of beans. Yeah. Didn’t get any of that. So we let the waitress know, which she again seems confused, and tells us she will be speaking with the manager her because it has now been about 40-45 min that we’ve been here and half of our party hasn’t received their food. Manager is nowhere to be found, but the correct order gets put in and comes out in about 15 minutes or so. So now we’ve been here an hour and the half of our party that didn’t receive their correct order the first time finally gets to eat. We were told by the waitress that the manager agreed to take off a percentage of the order that was not put in correctly. The manager, Shadara, finally comes over and explains that she only took off the incorrect items on the check, and that she will not be taking anything else off. We explain that we’ve been here for over an hour now and half our party is just getting to eat. The manager responds with the worst attitude, “An hour? Uh no. It’s only been 15 min.” Which we are all in shock at the fact that the MANAGER had a worse attitude than anyone working there and was not comprehending the fact that we had ordered our food over an hour ago (when we literally got there) and were just now getting to eat. We asked again so you’re not willing to comp anything on the bill for the service we received? The manager says no and just walks off. Got there at 7:40 and left at 9:00 with the worst experience we’ve all ever had. I guess we should’ve known because the place wasn’t super busy for it being a Friday night. Ruined our fun family night completely. Will definitely not be going back ever again, and I hope you don’t make the wrong decision to bring your business here. The manager Shadara is...
Read moreFirst of all, I'm sorry I ever set foot in this establishment. 8 pm, Saturday evening, I'm waiting ten minutes for someone to seat me and my wife. She starts looking at a menu and finally a bus boy steps up to get us to a seat. Fine, I can understand how a restaurant is sometimes understaffed. So we go to the table and our waitress comes up. She asks if we're ready to order and we hesitate so she asks if we just want water to begin with. We say yes, she brings the water. In the next ten minutes she passes the table at least ten times and doesn't ask us a thing. We should have walked away at this point, but we didn't and we had chips and salsa and time, so we waited. After about fifteen minutes, she took our order from me, standing behind me and not looking me in the eye. I tried to confirm that I ordered a large (grande) margarita and fajita quesadillas. She first brought the margarita after about ten more minutes and it was a small. Simple mistake, easily fixed. I was a little annoyed because I had tired to make sure about this little detail with her and she had brushed me off, but whatever- she got it right the seconde time. Ten more minutes went by and she said our order was close to coming out. Five minutes later, we had beef FAJITAS, not beef fajita quesadillas. I wouldn't have had a problem with this mistake, but she had repeated the order back to me and I heard her say quesadillas. I guess since she was avoiding making eye contact and was bent over writing on a pad and talking too fast, brushing me off the first time I made the order, I didn't catch that mistake so my bad? Anyway, we send the fajitas back and she comes back with a sullen look on her face which I catch out of the corner of my eye because I just want to enjoy this snack and drink and have a good time. She asks if we want anything else and I say we're good without looking at her because I am done at this point. One mistake I understand, but two means you weren't listening at all. So she finally brings what we actually ordered and then asks "Feel better now?" which cannot be construed in any way except rude. By the way, she also made the plates come down hard on the table and I almost thought she was going to smash the margarita glass. She should be better trained or not be a waitress. She has no control over her emotions and cannot handle criticism. I was polite from the get-go and I have no problem with mistakes as long as a person is willing to admit them and not do passive-aggressive things like come by our table several times only AFTER they've screwed up and ask if we're doing OK in a clearly stressed out way. To this waitress I would say "I'm sorry I bothered you, because actually I just wanted to have a good time. Don't worry, that's the last time you...
Read moreWorst service ever. My wife and I were there around 7:30 on 12/9/16. Phil was the rudest waiter I've ever had. He greeted us with the loudest most obnoxious voice that was bordering on rude. We figured he was just really busy. Then, it just got worst from there. We ordered our drinks and since we already knew what we wanted to order we did. (Beef fajitas for 2 corn tortillas for her flour for me and a few extra flour tortillas just in case and chili con queso for an appetizer.) He brought our drinks (no chili con queso) 10 or 15 mins later i asked were the chili con queso was and he said it would be right out very rudley. Another 5 mins passed and he brought our trey out and there was our chili con queso. I saw it there and was about to tell Phil that we no longer wanted the chili con queso when another waiter came blazing by holding a trey up high and some paper blew off of his trey onto our trey. That waiter told Phil that he couldn't serve that food to us. Phil just kept unloading the trey onto our table. I did say it would be ok as long as there wasn't any gluten on them because my wife has siliac. He said they were just extra napkins. So we checked our tortillas. Mine were fine. He didn't bring her corn tortillas. He said he would be right back with those. 10 minutes passed. No corn tortillas. He comes back without corn tortillas the wrong drinks and with a bad aditude asked if we wanted a box to take the rest home. We hadn't even had a chance to start eating. My wife asked him to speak to the manager. I'm not sure what exactly he said as he was walking away but my wife got up to follow him. I just stood up and threw a $20 on the table. I felt like that was fair. We told the Hostess exactly how we felt on our way out. I didn't say everything here because I'm tired of typing. It was bad. I've had poor service at restaurants before, i wouldn't wish this kind of service on my...
