We have been here multiple times when passing thru and have had a great experience almost every time. This visit was a bit out of the ordinary, and not sure if we’ll be back after this interaction. When we walked in, there were a few people sitting, the two girls working were sitting and enjoying their lunch break and weren’t too happy we interrupted them. I have been obsessed with their hazelnut caramels, when I asked if they had any, they said they are making caramels right now and they should be out soon. When I asked if they wouldn’t mind telling me when since we’re not from around here, she seemed annoyed and went to the back to ask, and said they won’t be making them at all going forward. I asked if they had any of their malt balls, looked confused and said whatever have is out there, which was not much and they seemed to have more behind the counter. When I asked about what was in the tropical caramels, she looked annoyed with me and said she didn’t know, she only knows about the ice cream and some of the truffles. I had to ask her if she wouldn’t mind asking what’s in them since the box doesn’t say what’s in them. It shouldn’t be this difficult to know more about the product you are selling, or jsimoky be polite to your guests. They do have a decent product but after this interaction, I rather support another small...
Read moreUpdate, just tried your shop again and this is what is inside the PBJ. It is hard and crystalized.. maybe it is sugar, unclear. So glad we grabbed 4 pieces instead of the big package. I won't come back again, your quality is not consistent. So very very sad! 😭
Thanks for the quick response, but you didn't answer the question about why they are melty and gritty. If this had been my first visit I would've never returned. The consistency of the PB has changed and the melting is not beneficial to the enjoyment of the product.

I just left with my chocolates, and they are warm and melty 😭 I've visited this location multiple times and have absolutely enjoyed the PBJ chocolates. This time, however, the PB is warm and gritty... I am so disappointed but relieved I didn't buy them out like I have every other time I have visited. The colors on the PBJ are also very dull, did y'all change something? These are the first chocolates (bonbons) I have found that are similar to my all-time favorites at D Bar in Denver. Please let me know if y'all can correct the issues or if I need to start looking for a new place....
Read moreWe had the ice cream sampler which came with 8 mini scoops. They have a lot of different flavors from Graeter's ice cream and it was really hard to choose 8. All the ones we tried were really good.. The s'mores flavor was a hit.
Didn't try the chocolates that are made in house but they all looked amazing, almost like jewelry. One of the workers told us that because of the process they use it takes 3 or 4 days to make each one. There's a large window into the room where they make the chocolates so you can see all of the equipment and ingredients they use.
Pretty cool concept. Nice and clean. Will likely be back for ice cream and maybe try the chocolate but $11 for 4 pieces makes it more of a special occasion purchase. Ideal for chocolate lovers or buying gifts...
