Starbucks — Restaurant in Waco

I had ordered a Cherry Chi Tea Latte (CCTL). The gentleman that took my order misheard & placed a different order. Not a huge issue... as when I went up to get my drink, I could immediately see it was wrong (the CCTL is half pink, this wasn't). A different staffer saw me. She asked if I had actually ordered the CCTL. I said yes. She offered to correct the issue. I was super grateful! It was delicious!

I was grateful they had 2 restrooms. Unfortunately, they were out of soap. When I asked for soap... I was informed the store was completely OUT! It's unsanitary enough that any & all patrons couldn't wash. However, this also meant the STAFF couldn't wash their hands!! YIKES!! This is unhealthy. I had 2 small children & 2 teens with me. We had to use them restroom. Thankfully, I had dissolvable soap sheets in my car. When we were ALL 5 done using the restroom, there were more than 5 people in line next. I hope they got soap at the store...

Went in to pick up a mobile order for a friend as a favor I have never been to Starbucks nor know how they do things just a favor for a friend. I did not go through the drive thru because it was so long so I went Inside to pick up the order I went to the hand off Noone spoke to me there were at least 3 people I made eye contact with and not one of them spoke to me meanwhile speaking and greeting and asking other customers what's the name there waiting on. So about 5 minutes pass and i wait to see if the name gets called it doesnt so i go to the front counter and Noone goes there either to even see what I wanted for a couple minutes then the same girl comes that's Been over at the drink making station and says oh its been in drive thru after standing in there for 10 minutes for one drink. The drinks were good but the service was not good at all. After I got to the window I needed to add one more drink so after apologizing I asked to add one more drink she looks at me with the dirtiest look and a look of she is graciously letting me get another drink. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy at all actually it was dead. She is rude the whole time then after I get my 5 drinks I ask for a drink carrier and she says “we don’t have those” then closes the door in my face before I can even get a word out. I have never written a review before but she made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable and unwanted. If I see her again I will ask to speak to a manager.
