Your Question or Comment After a grueling 8-hr workday I stopped at this McDonald's. With the exception of the cashier I didn't receive the expected greeting ("Hi welcome to McDonald's...." or a close-out with a "Thank you.") It was more or less "Hi order when you're ready." and a "Here you go." That implied my business with them is not appreciated. I could've dismissed that - this location is notorious for having awkward workers who have a detectable 'I don't want to be here but I have to' attitude. I understand and really don't care most of the time, but it's starting to irritate me now. All I ordered was a Sausage Skillet Burrito, Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel, and a Sausage McGriddle- no meals, just the sandwiches and wrap. I didn't ask for drinks or anything else to make the order complicated. I roll over to the second window and I was asked to park and wait. So after about 5 minutes I finally get my food, I go home and start eating breakfast with my husband. I haven't eaten anything since 12 am so I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into the McGriddle... that's when I discovered THERE WAS NO SAUSAGE! Just the buns!! One main ingredient I paid for that I didn't get in my meal. I worked a long and hard 8 hours- all I wanted was to relax and enjoy a good breakfast when I got home and all I got were the buns! This is insane! These people constantly muck up almost every single order we make! I'm really fed...
Read moreUpdate: 2 years later. Well, it seems nothing has changed. I came home to raw and soggy fries. My kids chicken nuggets look like they came from a chick not the chicken. I asked for a shamrock Shke with no whip. They charged me for a medium. I told them I said no whip, I even saw it on the screen. And they got mad gave me a new one in a small. I guess the whip takes a whole new level to sizes for drink or shake orders. It took who looked like the manager 7 times to get my extremely simple order somewhat correct. But when he couldn't figure out I wanted one apple slice and one fry in the happy instead of 2 fries. He said he will just charge me extra since he can't figure it out? what? are you serious? I get every job can be hard. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to take an order and input it in the computer and he was the manager. I avoid all costs to go there will even drive to Chaska or Excelsior but my poor kids were so excited for McDonald's and were so hungry. So I gave in and went. I regret it so much. Do not! I repeat do not go to McDonald's in Waconia, MN.
Missing food. I called them, and the response was I guess if you come back we will get the missing items for you....
Read moreThis USED to be a favorite McDonald's to go to. The food was always hot, the fries crispy, drive thru fast and accurate. Not so any more! 2 visits in 2 weeks has basically killed any desire to go here. 1 visit, the drive thru was 8 cars deep both lanes. So we went inside, they have gone strictly to the kiosk system. 4 kiosks and I went to one, it would not respond. Employee said it was broken. But no sign, went to the next two same issue, one kiosk working! Now there are 10 people in line and the manager is refusing to open register. We walked out. So today the husband says let's try them again. This is McDonald's is now on my banned list. We get into the drive thru and the employees headset kept clicking, he could not seem to get the order straight, it was meals... Not a group of special orders just meals and coffee. We pull out of drive thru and at least this time they have a register open. This is supposed to be fast food not...
