I maybe have been to scooters three times since they've been open in waconia and every time they have has just been amazing. Today I went on Thanksgiving to go get myself a mid-day coffee and they were open which is pretty neat. Very thankful for that.
As well as their customer service was great. Very welcoming and as you go around to the drive-thru, they have these cute little gumdrops for their new drink for candyland which are just adorable. But when I got up to the front window the girl with the pink hair was the kindest person ever and she had small talk with me and it was very nice. Yesterday, my family had an âinsideâ tour, and I have to say I was really impressed. Angela is an ultra-competent manager, and her capabilities are certainly on display. But more than just a great operation, she really cares about people. I was amazed at how many customers she knew by name, what they order, and how familiar she is with their life stories. However i recently had a negative experience where my scooters points were redeemed and then upon pulling up was advised i couldnât use them. At which point i paid for my drink and the associate specifically told me the points would be back on the account in 2-3 days. That did not happen I called as the associate said to call if this happened and staff truly didnât care. Said ooops sorry now we know for next time! I go here at least 3-4 times a week. I am absolutely not looking for any handouts, i just think this was handled...
